I ordered brand new pallet forks, and a scratch & dent pallet fork frame. The new pallet forks came, and one was missing the spring locking pin. I called 'customer support' (what a joke), and w as told since the order had a scratch & dent item, that the sale was final. If I would of ordered just the new forks, then the pin would be sent. I will never purchase anything from them again.

Received quick hitch that appears poorly constructed. Unable to operate due to poorly designed catches that prevent attachments from sliding in or out on lower hooks. Catches do not fully recede into frame to operate properly. I purposely didn’t order a Chinese made product from Amazon for this exact reason. Very disappointed. Would have been much easier to return item if had purchased on Amazon.

The 400# polycart arrived badly badly damaged as well as the shipping box. Someone attempted to tape the box. After a week of being lied to..numerous emails. Phone calls..pictures of damage ..four different support staff etc..my claim was denied because I didn't purchase the "insurance "...they should have informed me immediately but instead just lead me to believe that they would resolve this issue. Horrible customer service!! Too bad... the cart appeared to be what I needed minus the extensive damage . Sad that a company sells delivery ins (written in small print).. are the employees that negligent?NEVER AGAIN!!

I bought a heavy duty fine stone grapple and after using it for a few minutes on two occassions, I noted that several welds were bad and metal joints were separating. The first use was to pick up some small raocks and separte one bucket. The second use was to move a wiindrow of old hay. I asked for a replacement as several other welds appeared to be incomplete. I was told that there were no others in stock and therefore I could not have a replacement. I offered to have the welds repaired on my farm but that the wleder wanted to be paid to come give an estimate before doing the work. Ralph said that he would not pay for the estimate, and still insisted that I get a written estimate even after I told him that the welder said the maximum cost for the repair would be $500. I told Ralph that I noted that the grapple is again offered for sale on your website. He said that the grapple currently being offered had a modifcation relative to the one that I was sent and that he could not exchange the modified grapple for mine. I asked what the modification was and he would not tell me. I suspect that the modification was to deal with the issue that I am experiencing. Ralph said that my only remaining choice was to return the attachment for a refund. In my opinion this is a really bad business model and projects horrible customer service. The welds are clearly bad and broke while the rest of the grapple is in new condition. I suspect that the grapple arms are over extending in the open position, putting stress on the welds of the hinge and pulling them loose. These welds did not crack, they simply lifted off. I am now forced to send the grapple back and look for another manufacturer just as Spring arrives and I despiritly need this rock grapple to prepare pastures for seeding. While it is not my nature, having received very poor customer service for a product that is clearly inferior, I will now do my best to spread the word of my experience so others are not treated as I was and do not purchase this flimsey piece of equipment. Word of mouth ttravels fast in our farming community and the internet will quickly magnify this effect. Titan attachments are junk and the customer service department follows suit.

The delivery was absolutely unbelievable. The wheel kit box was open and mangled, 2 weeks later they delivered the rake except they did not deliver to my driveway, they pushed off the truck at the beginning of the neighborhood. The rake was on a pallet because the metal cage was also mangled. I wondering why you would do business with such a shoddy outfit when you have such a solid product. VERY DISSAPOINTED.

I bought a rotary tiller and broke a blade the first time I used, no bid deal. I accidentally ordered the wrong blades. I followed procedures to return it. Then I spoke with a representative about it and they transferred me to another to order the correct blades. They pulled up the original order of my rotary tiller and told me what blades to order. They sent me the wrong blades. I called again to return and told this time it was their fault and I didn’t think I should have to pay shipping again. They transferred me to someone else and told me they would get back to me. Never heard from anyone else via email or phone. I still don’t have the correct blades.

I ordered a bucket shank and a tooth set and received a shank and a tooth that won't even fit into each other. I've been going back and forth with Titan by email for the past week now to be told they have to transfer me to another department to get the problem fixed. I've always had good luck with Titan but this time not so much.

Due to a system error, they duplicated my order. Called to cancel the duplicate the next morning, but 2 showed up any way. Refused delivery on the second item, but they haven’t refunded the money.

Paint was flaking off all over item. Item didn’t fit and was confirmed a design change caused it. Titan wouldn’t pay to fix it and all have the same flaw so I paid 400$ for something i have to farmer fix

Terrible packaging. Nothin left to protect it when it got to my house. Now i need to file the burrs off from scraping across concrete and repaint the hitch. Can tell its made in china the bushing tension pin is all but solid. Try and collapse that to install it. Had to go to hardware store and buy a metric split pin. Never again.

Product arrived damaged beyond use, Titan has been very difficult to get a hold of, very slow to remedy the problem, and has not shipped a new unit out or picked up the original unit 9 days later.

First order was built improperly. After a very difficult return process got second grapple. They must be on sale because that one barely fit the pins on a John deere loader as well. Quality control is not up to par. I have six Titan products and have never had this issue before. I should have been given a partial refund after all I had to deal with just to get the correct product I ordered.

You charged me a “Reconsignment” fee of $75.00. You never even contacted me about where to send it. And I won’t buy from you again. Nor will I refer you. My first business dealing with you. And that’s bad business from Titan.

Received the wrong shipment. Was really put through the paces to prove it was the wrong order (had to send photos of the wrong product, box labels, etc.). Customer service was very slow to respond to my request to have the right product shipped. When they did respond they refunded my money rather than send me the product I did order. Didn't ask me, just refunded the money. Their excuse was the product I wanted is out of stock yet the product still shows up on your website and in stock. I communicated all this to customer service. Their response was a 5% discount on my next order. Really bad form.

Bought 2 things and both had problems, first i bought weld on cutting teeth, heavy parts and they was put in a cheap cardboard box and have of them was gone when i received them, then they tell me i should have bought insurance on them, i shouldn’t have to buy insurance on something i purchased in my opinion, they did end up making it right but said they wouldn’t again. Second order I bought the American made stump bucket, again the packaging was a joke but i did receive it un damaged, biggest problem is it doesn’t fit so i had to cut it up and re weld the quick attach plates, 2 orders and 2 problems I’ll look elsewhere
