I asked twice for an installation maual and all you sent was a parts list !! Your scratch and dent sale is a ruse to get rid of useless items so there Non returnable even though the paint isn't even scratched !! I am personally dissapointed in your service and products

I ordered a 50 lb spreader a couple weeks ago and it came with no hardware to put it together! I’ve called multiple times with no call back! Very disappointing 😳

Order was easy but delivery was disaster. Product was in no way attached to the pallet which caused it to shift in transit and damage the legs. Customer service took over a week to agree to ship me replacement parts. They still have yet to address my question about the correct height from the lift pins to the center of the bottom hole on the top link attachment plate. My neighbor has the same aerator and the measurements are different. I want to know which one is correct. Customer service said it could take 30 days to get that info if they could get it at all. Stop outsourcig your customer service to the Phillipines and have someone from the factory call me. My question should take no more than 5 minutes to research.

First off I bought a pallet fork from you guys and it works perfectly but I bought a tooth bar and it is no where close to fitting,can’t really get a answer from titan attachment.

After I ordered the product shipping was delayed multiple times my order came in separate packages in each time a package is delivered. It said your order is complete. How do you rate your experience? Very frustrating. There is no communication that it was coming in three separate packages and I had to, prove I didn’t get it all. Very frustrating.

Item arrived very prompt for sure. But when I went to start attaching it to my Massey GC1725, I got very frustrated as was not fitting into my bucket. did some minimal grinding to help it slide it, but still was a loosing battle. So I ended up taking it to a welding shop. He just called me and said no way it was going to fit up onto the lip of bucket and will take some major altercation to make it work out. I hope to get it back early next week. It will cost more in welding bill than the attachment cost up front. Not very happy as was really looking forward to a simple installation.

Bucket is a loader bucket, not a skid steer bucket. Can't see the front edge from the seat, can't see what you're doing with the bucket. False advertising

the hitch i ordered showed up without any packaging and it looks like it was thrown off of a truck onto the highway..the powder coating is badly chipped all over the hitch..I have asked to have it replace and I am waiting for a response from titan..I have attachments that i have used for years that arent as badly chipped as this is..when with titan and this attachment because its american made and was greatly disappointed

I was excited to receive my order, until it arrived. I ordered 36” forks, but I received 48” forks. I have a small subcompact tractor and my storage situation can’t handle the longer forks. The only solution Titan offered, was for me to ship not only the forks, but the rack also, back to Titan at my expense. Then they would refund and I could reorder the rack and forks again. They shipped the wrong forks the first time, how could this be a solution? I could have bought John Deere forks cheaper than paying shipping plus the fork set. That is what I should have done.

The grapple I ordered hits the hydraulic lines when opened fully. You didn't have a solution. Your response was the operator needed to pay attention which isn't a solution. This means I'm not getting the full usage of the product.

This is the 3rd order I've made. Great experience with first order and product. Second order, was delayed and non useable once it finally arrived, took a month to get product returned even though i requested a refund or a useable product the day it was unpackaged, refund was also delay i did eventually get my money back though that was delayed unusually long after my return had been received. Customer service was literally the worse I have ever experienced anywhere. 3rd order was received and is assembled, appears to be a much better product. To bad customer service couldn't have initiated that sale when my initial bale spear was deemed unuseable. I will post a product review next week when I get a chance to use it. I expect it should function fine, however I have not attached it to my quick attach yet. Summary products have been both good and bad. Customer service is the worse imaginable. Website/ordering/ shipping/ and convenience of purchase are excellent.

This item arrived with pieces that had been machined incorrectly. I thought I was being shipped a landscape rake on a pallet via FedEx Freight. What I got was the hundreds of pieces that compromise a rake and I had to put them together. However, a principal piece had the holes machined upside down, so we're more than 2 weeks into the process and I'm not too far past step 4 of the process of putting this thing together, waiting on yet another piece to arrive and hopefully be right. No clue if it is.. I could have purchased one of these locally for roughly the same amount and just picked it up and not had all these headaches, but my trailer is buried in the snow. anyway, I hope to have this thing together by this Sunday. I spent several hours trying to get a callback this week from this outfit's customer service but you have to leave your number and then just wait for them and then be ready to give a detailed explanation.. Big pain.
