The single tine ripper does not work as advertized for laying pipe, it is nearly impossible to get the pipe layer in the ground. I have found other applications for the ripper it's self, but would like ot return the Pipe Layer. Please tell the steps to return this item.

What a piece of junk. Poorly made, cheap materials, and the "owners manual" contains a wiring diagram and a parts list. No operating instructions, limits, suggestions, or other useful information. Then, try getting someone on the phone who'll help: can't do it. What a worthless company and product. Stay away!!!

Nice parts but I received 3 different kinds of teeth, they fit up to the bucket differently, sent an email to customer service a week ago and haven’t heard back yet

Pallet fork received was made so poorly the and unsafe for use. Fork rail was .5” too small and allowed fork to fall off. Customer service phone answered in Manila made return a night mare. Would not recommend.

The attachment, stated as being SSQA compatible does not fit my SSQA tractor. Despite making multiple phone calls and email inquiries for product advice or assistance, nobody can help and I have not gotten a response. VERY POOR experience.

Stump bucket is built very well, but it was not manufactured to SSQA specifications. The bucket will not attach to my quick attach tractor loader. Titan support has not resolved issue after contacting them over 2 weeks ago

I wasn't very happy with this purchase. My pallet forks were sent in 3 different shipments. The forks arrived one day the 3 weeks later (after calling and complaining) I received the framework to put forks on. Don't know why everything didn't ship at once.

I bought a scratch and Dent broadcast spreader. It showed up missing 2/3 of the hardware to assemble it. Your policy is all scratch and Dent items will be fully functional. We'll this is not. How can it be functional when I can't even put it together?? Poor packaging, parts were strewn everywhere. I have purchased a pallet fork attachment from Tital for my new tractor already. I will shop elsewhere for all the other attachments I intend to buy.

I was told that the quick attach adapter kit would work for my Case 1825 skid loader. It was clearly for a bigger & wider machine. A 20% restocking fee plus shipping and insurance to return means it will be collecting dust on a shelf in my shop. The pallets forks I ordered earlier are well built. I welded brackets on to fit the pin style attachment of skid steer and works great.

I have not received my full order. When I called your office first time they said it was shipped. Second time you said it is on back order. Then said it was shipped SAIA, but the carrier cannot find it. You billed my credit card for something I have not received!!!!!!

I never got the item I ordered. It was returned to Titan attachments by the shipper. I was not told why and I could not re-order the item. After about 2 weeks I still have not gotten a refund.

The tree puller arrived on time. But when I purchased the puller I described my tractor and ask if it would connect to my application. When it arrived the quick attach ends were to large. Although the grapple worked fine. I called the product support and that guy was awful I explained to him that I got the wrong quick connector we the wrong ones and he said that was the standard size. Very argumentative and disrespectful person I have ever had to deal with. I told him I would just call the phone # where I purchased the attachments. He stated fine they will just refer you back to me. The worst of the worst product support. It doesn’t speak well for Titan attachment. All I was trying to do was just swap out the quick attach ends so I could use me new tree/ pole puller. After my recent purchases of 6ft brush cutter, grapple, and a quick connect set of forks I was expecting better service. But I did tell him if this was the best product support Titan offered I would purchase anything else from a different equipment supplier!
