when we recieved the forks there were parts missing and i still havent heard back on when i will receive the replacement parts. when this arrived 2 of pins holding the hydraulic pistons in place on both sides were not attached. i was able to find 1 of the pins and the set screw for in but i am still missing the other. i called customer support and was told that they would try and get another one to me but not sure when it would ship, they had to send this up to another department cause the part missing isnt on the diagram for parts. we received this item over a week ago and stiln no answers on when we will get the part or if this is even an option. i even asked to get this part off of another set of forks they show to have in stock and send it to me then replace the ones they have there. i was told they have to be packaged seperatly to it takes longer to ship. not sure what that has to do with it but that was 5 days ago and radio silence since. these look like they will work great but until i have this pin and set screw, this is no use to me.

Poor customer service, if you actually stay on the line to talk with someone. 1 hr and 10 mins later, I hung up. Missing three parts on new delivery of hydraulic adjust pallet forks. Claim submitted for missing parts and no response.

Delivered on the side of the road. Must have been from your scratch and dent stock since the paint was scratched and the rear protecting plate was dented. Not happy! Machine eorks well.

They won’t call you back bought a debt item understood that but it was bent. This company could care less about its customers. Have called 3 times on phone 40 plus mins. Don’t buy from them.

I still don’t have the frame for the pallet forks. When I ordered them, it said back ordered until 3/8. Here we are on 3/23, Not sure how you can say it was delivered when I’m still waiting for parts over 3 weeks later…

I ordered three belts for my mulcher. One was correct and the other two were incorrect. They should’ve all three been the same. It has been two weeks now and I am still trying to get the problem resolved. I want to return the two incorrect belts for credit, or send me two of the correct belts, and I cannot seem to get either accomplished.

I didn't receive my complete item. Terrible customer service. I need one small part which clearly titan forgot to attach. You want me to spend my.time returning a skid steer attachment in total for an 8" piece of metal with 4 holes in it for you 3point adapter with hitch. Won't use or recommend Titan again.

Item arrived damaged and with anything securing it to the pallet. While this could be a shipping company issue when I filled a ‘warranty’ claim through Titan I was told no shipping insurance was purchased at the time of shipment. I paid extra for shipping to get the item sooner. If it was not purchased at the time of shipment I don’t make that choice, Titan did. So they offered to do ‘one time partial refund’ like it was some big thing. After several emails later the refund amount offered was $5.49!? That’s not a refund, that’s a rounding error. Now I’m pursuing just sending the item back and getting a refund. I’ll purchase from a competing company with hopes of a better experience. I also have a second order with Titan that I purchased several days later than my original purchase. Again, I paid for extra shipping to try and get it here between 3-5 working days. I have received 2 of the 3 pieces. I am in working day 8 since order and 6 since initial shipment. I requested a refund for the extra shipment fee paid since it has not arrived and was told to wait 2 days and if it still hasn’t arrived then customer support can step in to help. So I’m 0 for 2 on items purchased and being able to use the items. At this point I don’t recommend purchasing anything from Titan. Find another supplier for your needs even if it means paying a little more!

Sent an email about products an hour, wanting to cancel 1 product and order a scratch and dent item. Wouldn't cancel. Lied about tracking numbers and what had shipped. After arrived, product has euro type threads and my local hydraulic shop doesn't carry that material. They sent connections and some product from multiple locations.

I am a 70 year old man with heart issues. I ordered the tool to do a job for those reasons. The tool would not fit the tractor without modifications. I had seen 2 comments about the same problem, but they were from 2 years ago. I assumed the problem had been corrected. I tried to call to rectify the situation, but could not get anyone on the phone. The job was time sensitive. Through e-mails I was told thier solution was for me to pack them back up, and ship them back. Too much work for this old man. The least they could have done was refund some of my money for the modifications and time.

Called and emailed to have Bill Of Lading with carrier note to hold at terminal for pickup which never happened, Mounting plate has too much spacing and the pins on my Ditch Witch won’t engage, need to fabricate to fit

My order had not been shipped for 2-3 weeks and when I called they told me is had something to do with my tax exempt (she was hard to understand due to her accent). After re-filing my tax exempt status, the item was shipped. There should have been communication with me from the beginning that the tax exempt needed to be renewed. Very disappointed in my treament.
