Sent an email about products an hour, wanting to cancel 1 product and order a scratch and dent item. Wouldn't cancel. Lied about tracking numbers and what had shipped. After arrived, product has euro type threads and my local hydraulic shop doesn't carry that material. They sent connections and some product from multiple locations.

I am a 70 year old man with heart issues. I ordered the tool to do a job for those reasons. The tool would not fit the tractor without modifications. I had seen 2 comments about the same problem, but they were from 2 years ago. I assumed the problem had been corrected. I tried to call to rectify the situation, but could not get anyone on the phone. The job was time sensitive. Through e-mails I was told thier solution was for me to pack them back up, and ship them back. Too much work for this old man. The least they could have done was refund some of my money for the modifications and time.

I had to dispute through PayPal to get our money back for a order that FedEx returned to you because they damaged it while they were delivering it.

Called and emailed to have Bill Of Lading with carrier note to hold at terminal for pickup which never happened, Mounting plate has too much spacing and the pins on my Ditch Witch won’t engage, need to fabricate to fit

My order had not been shipped for 2-3 weeks and when I called they told me is had something to do with my tax exempt (she was hard to understand due to her accent). After re-filing my tax exempt status, the item was shipped. There should have been communication with me from the beginning that the tax exempt needed to be renewed. Very disappointed in my treament.

Very disappointed! The evening after I ordered the same item went on sale foe 20% off. I called and was told my order was properly already shipped! 4 days later I got notified it had been packed! Then the carrier left the rake partially blocking the entrance to our business! Won't order again!!

the product is well made.. with one problem the cut out for the locking pins was not cut the right size, it was too small of opening almost a 1/2 inch to small, i am having to modify the opening so that the locking pins will lock...

I can't tell you how the items work cause they sent the wrong size coupler. Tried to get titan to exchange them but they said I would have to buy them.that's terrible customer service. I will try to return my attachments and never do business with titan again.

not very happy. the 48” pallet forks arrived not at all packaged not even on a strapped to pallet. all parts where lose. they came all scratched up. multiple , multiple large areas of chipped paint down to bare metal. numerous rust all over in the welds and other parts had rust. they looked used. the welds look like an with grader did it. i purchased the USA made in which i paid $100 more for thinking there would be care for more. evidently titan attachments doesn’t have any pride in which they sell.

This is the second review a week later… After fabricating the attachment plate to actually fit the machine that I ordered it for which it said it would fit. Toro dingo 1000. The 3rd time I hooked up the quick couplers the outing in the couplers failed. The lines are also 30” too long and get tangled in everything. That being said the fitting and cylinders are metric so I have to now source new hoses and fittings.

I have a Kubota MX 5400 with the Kubota quick attach. When I pick up grapple the lip on the bolt on side plates seem to be on a greater angle than any of my other front attachments. I'm only able to get about a half (1/2) inch of the plate into the lip. When I pick the grapple up and tilt back I am able to lock the bottom pins but the plate face is not flat with the quick attach plate face, it needs to slide up more into the lip and off of welds by locking pin holes on bottom. It seems it has to move up about a half inch into top lip, this would let bottom to sit flat above welds by locking pin bottom angle holes. The unit is shipped with flat face hydrolic cupplings which we were made aware of from Titan when we ordered them and we would need to switch them to Agriculture because they couldn't switch them for us. After going to 3 different hydrolic suppliers, they are unable to match the ends to the reducer threads that are on the grapple because the threads on the fittings that Titan uses seem to be different. After multiple phone calls and also email with detailed description of the problem along with pictures, we still have not received a response. It has only been a week but it is still a week that we were not able to use it as firewood season for us has kicked off. Hopefully Titan can resolve this and we can updated our review to a 5 because it looks very well built and we are very excited to have it.
