So I ordered this and it came pretty fast in 2 separate deliveries. But, it was missing the pins that join them together making it useless. Took me several days to actually speak with a live person to address it. The replacement parts order was confirmed 1/9, I still have received any confirmation of shipping. Have been listening to your hold music for an hour now after being transferred to where I need to be. Pretty crazy my order was incomplete but my satisfaction doesn’t seem to be a priority here at all. Keep sending me surveys and the longer I am waiting the more my desire to fill it out has grown. Pretty much have a heavy useless pile of metal that I may end up purchasing another somewhere else so I can do what this was purchased for in the first place. Unbelievable.

Shipping was a disaster. Scheduled 1/3 no show Then 1/4 no showed. Then 1/7 showed but then came back and picked up. Then dropped off again on 1/8. This was such a hassle and had to take 3 days off work for no reason.

You mistakenly put an order on hold that I had already completely paid for. When I called to check the status I was told that when you do this you don't even alert the customer, you just wait until the customer gets so fed up with waiting that they have to call you. Then the best you can do is ask them if they really want what they ordered and start over again without offering any type of discount or anything for their trouble. I have now ordered from you twice (5 items total) and had problems associated with each order. Put me down as not near as satisfied as I should be.

Unable to use with JD hay spear as the flat plate has no holes for the spear sockets to go in to....

The product itself is amazing, but their description of what a category one category two or category three is not described at all in the listing. I’m not a pro farmer or anything so I wouldn’t know what that means and I ordered a category two by mistake. I contacted your company And returned the category two and found out I needed a category one which I love but I had to pay $170 to ship back your product that you did not clearly identify so I’m out $170 just to buy your one product wasn’t happy

Item went on sale after I bought and they would not give me the sale price because it was over 24 hours of price change. I only noticed the price change because I was returning an extra item they accidentally shipped to me.

The method of packaging the item wasn't sufficient enough to protect the item. The rack showed up with damage to the paint. Proper packaging would go a long way.

First time customer. Purchased an item on sale. Received a 10% off for new customer. Was not able to apply to purchase. I called customer service rep to explain. She informed me I could not apply 10% off offer because item was on sale. I then asked to utilize the 5% Military discount. The sales rep again informed me I could not apply military discount offer because item was on sale 🤷🏽 Never encountered this before. The product I ordered was fine. Customer service was less than desirable.

1st thing is I have a 400 foot uphill driveway and I am Disabled. I ordered an item that weighed about 250-300lbs on 12/20/2023. On 1/4/2024 I was delivered the wrong item. On 1/9/2024 it was picked up for return. Both times Titan used Fed Ex. Each time the drivers called and worked out the details prior to arrival. They must have been given my number by Titan. Then on 1/11/2024 they used SAIA LTL Freight. The driver never called and and he left my item 400ft from my house at the bottom of my driveway near the busy rural road I live on and told me he only does curbside delivery. He never explained what he delivered and never asked for my signature. After paying over $600 including $100 for shipping I expected better. Now my item is down near the road and I'm hoping it doesn't get stolen before I hire someone to drop it off near my house. After calling customer service 3 times they told me it was my problem basically. They made sure they got the wrong item they shipped to me by mistake but couldn't care less about getting the item I order in the first place. I will NEVER buy anything from Titan again and will pass on my terrible experience that I had. Zero consideration for the disabled.

The hitch attachment itself is nice and heavy. My displeasure and negative review comes from customer service and refusal to price match after it went on sale right after my purchase. It’s a matter of principle now…$20 is resulting in me looking elsewhere for my next attachment.

I bought the hardscape grapple clay and all the fittings were loose and it sprayed hydro fluid everywhere. Made a complete mess on a concrete driveway I had to spend $300 to power wash. Call me 404-915-0699

Still do not have item. This happens everytime I order from your company. You seem to get merchandise to Colorado in a reasonable time but the freight company you hand off to sucks with a capital “S”.

Before ordering from Titan Attachments, be sure to read their refund policy, and consider ordering from someone else more concerned with customer satisfaction. Titan Attachments has shipped my rake, but FedEx has cancelled delivery twice. FedEx continues to schedule then cancel delivery without an explanation. I spoke with a Titans customer service rep who confirmed what I already knew. Both she and the FedEx rep tell me it will be delivered tomorrow. Of course, that's what I keep hearing, but FedEx has yet to make good on that promise. Meanwhile, I told the Titans rep that if they cannot deliver the package then I'd like to cancel the order and get a refund. To that, the rep informed me that there would be a 20% restocking fee. Their return policy also states that I'm responsible for return shipping, and that they recommend shipping insurance. The thing is, nowhere in their return policy does it discuss a refund for failure to deliver my package. I cannot meet their refund requirements if I never receive the package. The Titans rep did tell me that I can always file a claim with FedEx. However, it is FedEx policy that the shipper initiates a claim, not the recipient. Lastly, the Titan website mentions something about a delivery appointment, but neither Titan nor FedEx have contacted me regarding an appointment. However, I have received six text messages from FedEx and four e-mails from Titan confirming and or canceling delivery dates. So there’s the crux of the issue. I cannot get a refund on an item I did not receive because I cannot return what I don’t have. I also cannot file a claim because I’m not the shipper. The bottom line is Titan takes no responsibility for getting me my package, and they want to charge me even more if I cancel. Of course I cannot even get a partial refund until they receive and inspect the item that apparently FedEx still has in their possession. So, I wind up paying for an item I can’t get. Then, I’ll never get a refund because I can’t return what I don’t have. Finally, I can’t file a claim because I didn’t ship it. This whole thing stinks of a conspiracy between Titan and FedEx. I guess I can always contact my credit card company to dispute the charges. After all, FedEx and Titan can’t prove they delivered anything to me, and I’ve got the e-mails to prove they repeatedly canceled delivery.

I got this email asking me to give a review now that my order has arrived! I can't give zero stars. My order has NOT arrived and there is literally zero communication from Titan. Very frustrating and my last dealings with them. Charles Jones
