I received the flail mower in a damaged box. Opened it up and assembled the unit with a really sketchy set of instructions. And tried it out for the first time. The hammer blades filled up with grass and stopped working. I moved to a different field that had previously been mowed and overloaded the mower drive belts and had to replace them. Called the company and asked for advice and help. So far it’s been 2 weeks and I have not received any help. You can just throw the warranty out, because they don’t help at all. Once you own it you are on your own.

I placed an order but after a week+ I noticed the FedEx tracking information had not changed in several days. I emailed Titan and was told that they did not know what happened to the first order but would send a second order. This is what Poohyee wrote . . . "Please know that this is a one-time courtesy and that we strongly recommend that you opt-in for shipping insurance on future orders to receive a refund or replacement for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit." This is absurd. Why would I be responsible for a shipment that was never delivered? The same thing happened to the second shipment. Tracking information stalled within a few days. So, I contacted FedEx directly multiple times and they were able to locate the package and get it moving again. The package arrived in poor condition with ripped plastic, bolts sticking out and a missing nut. Why Titan chose to send three backhoe teeth, bolts and nuts weighing 13.5 lbs wrapped only in plastic is a mystery to me.

I have a 326d skid steer and the pallet attachment falls off unless I put a 1/4” shim under both sides of the quick attach, I am going to submit a warranty claim and will update if I have a positive result.

Item arrived late, and now they want me to pay to return it plus restocking fee. I will not recommend this company

this order has NOT completely arrived this is the second order in a row to be incomplete, one fork lost in shipment in the same place on two orders , still waiting for the second one...

Ordered pallet forks for a John Deere tractor. One for was delivered two days after order was made. It’s been a week now and haven’t received the rest of my order. Would not recommend them at all.

While trying to assemble my landscape rake two of the 24 nuts take hold the teeth on were bad-one slipped over the threads and other would slip when tightened-when I called about this they wanted a video of nuts not working and send e-mail about problems—just st send me two nuts or better yet add at least one or two extra nuts for assembly

I ordered the wrong sku. Not able to find a reasonable cost to ship the return item. So I am stuck with a product that I can’t use. Other than my mistake everything was great.

Drop ear is not for e26 bobcat Center of holes also not for it. On the 24 inch bucket. The thumb did not have the weldon plate. What can you do , ?

False Advertising, on their website it says fast and easy shipping with awesome customer service. This all is bs. It was supposed to go to my doorstep. Got a call from fedex distribution center stated they won’t deliver it and I had to come pick it up. Called Titan and told them I can pick them up with compensation. Insulted me with a $50 coupon. I told them it would cost more to return them since they charge 20% restock. They said the best we can do is the coupon. Another bs line. They can have them back.

I got an airrator and when I put it together and used it. The drain plug would hit the frame I reached out to the support team and I haven't heard back from them.

Received broken product that was packaged horribly. Not sure if it was damaged in transit or before it even left. I am working with Titan CS team to resolve issue, but people are out of office so its taking a couple weeks to resolve. I will update rating once I get a resolution, but so far they have been responsive with communication - just no resolution yet.

called TITAN for a recommend for a quick hitch for my tractor and implements. the guy told me what i needed. i got it, and it will not fit my implements as it is too wide across the bottom from side to side. no exchanges or refunds because according to them, it is my fault their recommend didnt fit. DO NOT BUY FROM TITAN. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN AND HIDE. BUNCH OF SCUMBAGS.
