“I would have been happy with the pallet forks if they had been the correct attachment type. I made the mistake of not calling in an order, thinking the website had the information I needed. The link to determine which attachment fits my tractor kept coming up as does not exist. The description for this attachment listed the tractor and loader we are getting. John Deere hook and pin was a reasonable description for the type of hookup I knew it had. If there was a picture of the back of the frame I would have known it was the wrong attachment. Titan said I could send it back in the original packaging for a refund. Two problems. For me to set up shipping was about $300. Secondly, the original packaging was destroyed in shipment to me. This was our first JD tractor and first loader without pin on connections, so a little more detail and pictures of the back would have made all the difference. If I had been an expert on John Deere loaders I would have not been confused by the Titan website.”

“I have only had this a few weeks, but l have already used it to clean up 5-6 fallen trees, and moving things around the yard. Used it as a table to cut plywood.. lots of uses.. This is a great piece to have for any tractor. Heavy duty and well made. Fast free shipping.”

“Grappler was received in brand new condition, in a secure, steel crate, on a pallet. Hydraulic lines were already hooked up when it arrived. Just open the crate, hook it up to the skid steer and go to work! The equipment works perfectly, I've moved huge piles of brush, big BIG rocks, and whole down trees with no problem. I'm able to move pretty much whatever I want around the property now! 5/5 stars.”

“I"m not particularly happy with Titan Attachments. When i first called Customer Service the young lady knew very little about your product or could give me guidance in selecting the necessary hoses for my grapple attachment. After ordering the incorrect hose i called back and requested to talk with her supervisor at which time i spoke with Joen who was more helpful and knowledgeable. He made an effort to help and suggested hoses for a different attachment with a .025 thread that might work but would have the sales team call me back to confirm. I never received a callback from the sales team or parts dept so i ultimately ordered the hoses with a .025 end. i then received another email saying that the hoses would not work but given that i have goverment forestry contracts i must fulfill i attached them anyway, they leak a bit but still work so i could keep my guys working. I paid over $300 for the wrong hoses and over $500 for the ones with the .025 threads, not sure why the different threads cost me $200. I was informed i would be sent a return order form which i have not received to date. i'm disappointed in Titan that you are so eager to sell me attachments but servicing them seem to take a back seat.”
