“Delivery was quick. Order was placed on the weekend. Received the pallet forks the following Wednesday. I had to call to get a shipment ETA. The carriage has damaged paint. I’m not worried about that.”

Called Titan to ask for a prepaid label for return the belts.
Customer service staff is very in experienced.
It took three day for them to figure out how to do a return before they sent emailed me the prepaid label for the return.
It’s very frustrating!”
