“Their products are good, but the customer service is awful. Twice, I had someone take more time telling me they won't help me than it would have taken to just help me. Other times, when I ask a question, I get a response, not an answer. It feels that their agents are trained to send any mishmash of words as a response, rather than to FIND OUT THE ANSWER.”

“I purchased 5 30 lb ruck plates for a group event, they were competitively priced, shipped right away, and exactly what I expected. They shipped individually, and 1/5 had an issue during shipping. I was notified right away and able to track the later shipment. I will need some 45lb olympic style plates in near future, I will look at Titan.”

“I ordered a chair for doing dumbell military press. The price was very reasonable, it was easy to assemble, and the quality of the chair is very solid and doesnt have any feeling of instability when kicking weights up. The delivery arrived on time and the ordering process was easy. The box was slightly damaged which caved in where one of the wheels goes, but it was an easy fix to bend it straight with a screwdriver.”
