Product quality is great, but they do not have a last mile solution when they ship freight. So if your residence does not accept Semi-trailers, you are forced to drive to the freight company to pick it up or they will ship it back to Titan. In 2025, I was miffed that there was no last mile solution for residential delivery. I ended up hiring a truck.

Price and delivery speed were fine but we accidentally ordered the wrong thing. I come back to the site and to my orders and I couldn't find any obvious way to return the item. I look at the bottom of the page and see Refund policy so I click it. Look at this: -Item must be unused, in the same condition that I received it, in original packaging. -I have to get a Return Authorization form, fill it out, and submit it to their support team. -I have to pay for shipping, PLUS a 20% restocking fee (deducted IF I get a refund). -Shipping an item over $75? "...Consider purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item." Nonsense. Absolute nonsense. I will never order from them again because of this alone.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund for up to 30 days after your order has been delivered, provided it is unused, in the original packaging, and in new condition. However, as stated in our return policy, Titan will offer a refund of your original purchase price minus the restocking fee within 30 days of your delivery date.  Unfortunately, we don't have control over the return cost as it is being paid to the carrier. I’ve spent thousands with Titan and generally liked their equipment, but one machine I bought was unusable from the start. I wasn’t asking for a return, just some recognition as a loyal customer. Instead I was told it was “technically functional” and that nothing could be done. The policy answer was consistent, but it showed me Titan isn’t flexible when a customer’s experience falls short.

Good idea but lacks any thought out design. If you’re a massive person like the mountain then it probably fits you fine. For most people it’s to wide of a placement for the pick up and put down especially for smaller people. It fits me okay for flat press but incline is scetch and overhead is a no go. For my wife and most of our clients it just doesn’t fit them at all. It also doesn’t allow for my loadable dumbbells to sit all the way in the tray. This thing should be rethought to adjust to different widths and maybe even angle. The mad spotters work way better. I had hoped it would make moving 100 lb DB’s easier but it just doesn’t

Well, since they're asking for a review of the company rather than the product, here it goes: 2 stars because when you go to checkout, there's a snag (really seems like a con to me, and I brought this to the company's attention twice, by phone and by email) that if you don't happen to catch, you'll end up giving away money. In checkout, they default you to purchasing the shipping insurance, which obviously should be elective. I didn't notice this at first, so I called and they refunded the charge for the insurance. I then warned the rep that this was unethical, and that they should leave the box unchecked, allowing the customer to choose it if they wish. I made another purchase shortly after and I did it again, not because I'm stupid, but because it's subtle. I, like many, get used to buzzing right through the checkouts online after a quick scan of the basics... address, total cost, etc. Bottom line is this box should be unchecked by default, not checked, perhaps hoping many customers will overlook it like I did and then leave it even if they notice it because they don't care to hassle for the refund. Bad business Titan. If this is intentionally dishonest (which it does appear that way) that really mars your name.

I have ordered a few products over the past two years and had issues on 3 out of 4 items. And kind of difficult to resolve. Recently purchased A plate loaded functional trainer and delivered w damaged box and missing parts . They did send another unit and things turned out ok but all parts in a complex machine should come together made it difficult . Also the replacement parts don’t work so we’ll. Very disappointed might need to junk the unit not sure what to do from here ???

I placed an order and it was not fullfiled. The customer service rep refunded my money and refused to give me any comp which I requested a voucher or account credit. I ended up purchasing the item from Rep Fitness as Titan didn't act in good faith.

If your 5'6" don't recommend for shorter people have to put pad under my shoulders for hack squats and a thick pillow while doing leg press so I can get deep , also you have to slide your fingers along the lock out rails to keep them from flopping down and locking the thing while your doing hack squat which sucks there to loose and sloppy??? It's well made heavy duty just has some issues I've bought other titan stuff and satisfied with it , but this one if I knew what I know now I wouldn't buy again .

Two holes were not drilled out properly, not allowing the bolts to go in. It took me about an hour and a half with a half inch steel drill bit to open the holes to allow the bolt to go through. After that the product was very sturdy other than a bit of wobble I the foot plate. But if the didn't happen I would have given it 4 starts.

I received the item, but it was missing a part (a knob). I immediately reached out to customer service, and over a week later, I'm still waiting to even hear if they'll send me the missing knob which is a bit ridiculous considering the cost of the item. I'll be happy to update this review once the missing part is received.

I can’t use this machine for myself or my clients. The back panel is too short to hook your heels when you have to use plates to elevate yourself as I’m too short and so are most of my female clients. Wasted my money unfortunately
