Not very balanced and bounces when in use. I'm 6'3 230lb and it feels like if I used any weight there might be an issue. Not a fan of no roll bars for ankle/feet

Good rack with one huge design issue. There is close to zero up down play on hinges. So unless your floor is perfectly level (which no garage floor is)……good luck. If the hinges were 1/2 inch taller with play this would be a great rack. However, it’s not…. so unless you use a shim to make it stable for use you are out of luck. If installed so legs touch the floor when folded out, there is no way you will be able to fold it inward because all garage floors slope slightly and there is little to no play. Such an easy fix in the design but there is little communication from customer service. I ended up grinding down the metal insert the bolt goes through on hinge to get at least 1/4 inch play but still can’t close it entirely. Other racks on the market don’t have this issue and are designed properly. Guess it’s time to grind my floor down or get another bracket manufactured myself.

Poor quality, the drilled hole at each end has giant sharp burrs. Paint job is lousy Should be knurled

Titan fitness is fabulous. Quality of products are great and I’m blown away how fast I get to your door. Their customer service is outsource so that’s a little frustrating when you do have an issue. They definitely need to clean that up.

I am very frustrated unable to continue assembling the machine on step two because the holes on the left side of the handle frame are not aligned with the left side frame and screws do not go through .

Had an issue with my order due to my own fault of not reading the details. Customer service was nice to reach back but only solution was for me to pay for shipping back and be charged a restock fee. I understand why but due to this practice I most likely would not recommend or use them for my purchase in the future. Matter of fact after this interaction I ended up spending over $10k at another company that has better support and higher quality products. If you’re looking for cheap gear with ok service go with Titan just make sure you order correctly cuz you will pay for it if you make an error.

Bench and squat the collars stay tight and work fine. Curl, deadlift and leg extensions, where weights turn or shock is involved, the collars twist loose. Still have to take lever clamps with me to the gym. These are a novelty item honestly. I'd like my money back.

Would not purchase again ! The cage itself is good… sturdy,….however the Lat attachment is flawed and to close to the cage it should be set back another 6 inches at least so you can do incline bench press in cage Leg extension attachment is awful expensive and worthless . The economy bumper plates are terrible but the Titian bench is good. All in all I’m very unhappy and sad I spent 2,300 on something that I will end up giving away

Poor quality and design. The worst part is I’m stuck with the equipment now, as the Titan Fitness return policy is RIDICULOUS. So much for trusting a company to back their products. Just wish I read the return policy before I made my purchase. Do not recommend anyone purchase this equipment.

Not a fan of width of the grips. Also don’t like the movement in the bench it could be better all the way around I honestly would send it back if I hadn’t put it together already

For the price I was expecting a better glue job on the top. The corners were not glued all the way. The pad was not aligned properly when glued on and I can see metal edges on two sides. I was expecting more. I’m a little disappointed to say the least. I am just beginning to outfit a garage gym and may be looking at you competitors as my next purchase will be a belt squat. At the present I could not in good faith recommend Titan Fitness to a friend.

Products are great, but it's so common to have a few essential pieces left out of the package. I've had two support tickets open for nearly a week and no follow-up.

The build quality is good and the threads are a bit aggressive. However, my biggest issue is that they didn't include any installation instructions with the bar. It's supposed to be a hanging bar from the ceiling, but they provided bolts for concrete, not for studs. Overall, it's an okay product that gets the job done, but you definitely need to do a DIY installation.

The shopping experience was good. The equipment is good quality. The packing is utterly disappointing. Both items I ordered were badly dented. I decided to live with one of the dents and painted the steel. (Hyperextension). On the adjustable bench I used a 24" Crescent wrench and bent it back so that it was usable. I will not be ordering again.

I have bought a lot of products from Titan over the year. Including but not limited to: T3 power rack, deadlift platform, 2 Olympic barbells, various rubber plates, plate holders, dumbell rack, etc. My most recent purchase was an attachment to my T3 rack, which was for lat pull downs. The assembly was horrible. The manual was really difficult to read and I ended up hurting one of the cables that came with it. I contacted Titan customer service and complained about the manual, and how because of the poor layout/design of the manual I caused damage. They refused to send me a new cable as replacement (they cost $30 and I've spent thousands with them). They also stated that: "The manual does a good job of instructing on where the cables should be routed, as it would have been changed or updated to do so if it did not already." You can clearly see how many people have issues with their manuals and they clearly don't listen to their customers. Most of the products I have bought with Titan have been great quality, besides a bench that became unstable. Their customer service regarding the bench issue was simular to the lat pull down, imagine that. Titan would have been 4 stars if it wouldn't have been for their lack of customer service and poor manuals. Going forward, I may have to dish out more money to go with a different company unless their 'policies' or customer service changed. As of right now, I do NOT recommend Titan.
