I was so excited to get this once it was put together I saw that the weight plates had to be 2 inch Nowhere on there description it stated 2 inch plates or any size for that matter contacted customer service they got back to me once with no help at all but to just return this more then 100 lb device

I got a confusing email about downloading an app to track my order, and the app wanted access to my information, so I didn’t do it, leaving me with no obvious way to know what was happening to my order. I had to call and learned it was back ordered. Can’t you just keep me informed like every other company without making me download an app. Product arrived with some paint chips and other minor damage. Product was relatively low priced so I do understand that comes with lower quality.

Ordering process was not easy, delivery came in multiple different deliveries, items were not straight, items were mis delivered and then sent as used repackaged items, customer service was slow to respond or ignored me.

The bench's shopping box arrived extremely damaged and open on both ends. The bench's itself had scratches on one end but it wasn't worth the hassle of asking to exchange it, considering the next box would properly arrive in poor shape. This was a birthday present so obviously, I'm not happy with the "not new" aspect on the product. Also, your customer service refused to price match this product when I got an email advertising a lower price for it only a week after my purchase. Very disappointing.

Service is always exceptional but this stand is a zero! It is solid but it doesnt have any stops on the sides, if you don't place the weight perfectly in the center it rolls off and the weights go crashing on the floor. Fortunately I have a thick gym floor otherwise I would have had to replace some of my flooring. It doesnt even dip down in the middle! The only thing this stand has going for it is how heavy duty it is. I am going to keep it since my husband can modify it to make it work

I've been a long time titan customer. I have the x6 rack, seated calf raise machine, functional cable trainer, a slew of accessories, and now this hyper v2. The good: Affordable Easy assembly The bad: It does not have enough adjustability. I've got it slammed down as far as the pads can go and it still comes up to my hips when I'm on ecentric. This puts pressure on the front of my hips, and also limit range of motion. Come on Titan! Design the product to be adjustable so that it is usable by tall and shorter people! I'm 5'9". I'm right around average height for a male and yet even at the lowest possible setting it is still too tall. The pads are terrible. Titan, this isn't hard to remedy. You guys know you could easily add an option for premium pads. If part for it! So, to wrap this review up... cheap, easy to put together, poor design makes it unusable without modification for roughly half the population, and poor quality materials. This is likely my last purchase from Titan. I'm just gonna spend the extra and get something from rogue next time.

Item arrived banged up and missing parts. Part of the blame does go to the shipping service, however it was very poorly packaged. However I will give one star for the somewhat easy refund process.

Initially, I tried to place an order multiple times using different payment systems, devices and browsers. However, the process kept resulting in errors. Eventually, my card got charged twice but I did not receive any order confirmation. I could see the order in my account but there were no details available. I had to reach out to the support team for assistance and they were able to reroute one of the orders. However, even after 10 days, I have not received a refund for the extra charge. The ordering process was extremely frustrating and probably the worst experience I have had in the last 10 years of ordering anything online.

Like the equipment, the packaging wasn’t cool. The screws was out of the pack. I had to look for all the stuff inside the box. The foam that they put the stuff in to keep it from messing up was all broke up . it wasn’t right that’s all I can say

Every piece of the dumbbell rack I purchased was scratched, the packaging was one sheet of the smallest bubble wrap I have ever seen and nothing was secure in the box allowing all the pieces to slid around and scratch every piece

Decent product, horrible customer service and follow through. The Titan product seems quality, however the logistics, communication, and service is lacking. I recieved no shipment tracking information for a large order. Trucks just randomly showed up. Worse, a piece was missing in the shipment, and I had no idea since Titan didn't send any tracking as to what I should expect with each order. There are other issues as well. The assembly instructions are horrible, the bolt down rack doesn't include bolts, and the assembly information in the boxes often tells you to go to a dead webpage. Titan needs to get their game together.

Ordered a dumbell rack from Titan and it showed up with multiple large scratches and scuffs. I emailed Titan with pictures of the marks and never even got a reply.

Shipping was fast. Other than that, not a great product. Immediately paint chips started flying off the thing. I then cut myself on the inside lip of the bell as the wrench they give you fits weird when there is only one plate in the bell, ending right on the sharp lip.

I ordered Titan t2 full power cage . Good piece of equipment. Unfortunately, the directions to assemble the rack were not written correctly, Unfortunately if you follow the directions, you will put it together incorrectly. I don’t understand why they do this but customer service, Please read this review and fix the problem.

Order should have been for 10% less because I had an email code that offered “an additional 10% off [my] order”, but not honored because this was “already discounted”. No where on your site does this restriction appear.

T-2 was delivered incomplete. Hardware packaging was open and hardware was missing. Couldn’t complete assembly and customer service is not that great. They had the nerve to tell me to go buy it and they will reimburse me instead of shipping right away so I can complete assembly. Other people’s reviews were accurate.

The item I ordered was marked as returned by sender which was not accurate as it never arrived here. This is a business that is open all the time with people always available to receive packages. When I contacted the company, I was told to fill out an insurance form and claim it was stolen despite that the tracking showed it was back in your warehouse. I questioned this and was told it was okay to do it. I did not feel comfortable with this and called back to explain I wanted the product I paid for and was not will to report it stolen. That customer service rep got my item delivered successfully. This of course significantly delayed my delivery, required additional time and communication and I did not end up with good feelings about doing future business. I have not had enough time to review the actual product but have liked the quality of other Titan products in the past so this experience is unfortunate.

Overall poor experience ordering with Titan. I ordered a bench press that I understood to be on back order until 1/30/24. The item didn’t come until nearly a month later. When it arrived, the item had a bent metal frame and multiple deep scratches that did not appear related to shipping. It’s almost like no quality check was performed. Based on other reviews, it seems like this is par for the course with this company. I will not be ordering from them again.

Most equipment arrived with scratches, dings, and chips. Was not in excellent condition. It wasn’t due to the boxes being damaged either. They looked like they were shipped in good condition. The adjustable bench we ordered was also short on the number of screws needed to assemble it.
