They always deliver me things without all of the parts… carved out time in my day to assemble and now I can’t because it came missing the main poles. I’m sure it works fine once I get everything. But just hate the quality of service to get me all of the parts I need. Has been a hassle on several occasions.

Upon speaking with a rep., what was said wasn’t followed through and customer service is not the best. They did not help resolve the issue at hand nor uphold their word. A restocking fee and having to pay for shipping on something that could have been resolved if their word was kept is ridiculous. Now we are stuck with a duplicate equipment that wasn’t cheap at all! No matter how great your equipment may be, customer service is what drives better business. This is unfortunate.

First dumbbell rack came missing 3 of 6 cross bars along with damage to actual dumbbell rack frame due to poor packing. Customer service sent replacement which came quickly but same issue of poor packing = gouged and heavily scratched frame. Bubble wrap does not prevent damage.

My initial shipment showed an “undeliverable” status due to damage and UPS said that they would contact the shipper. After four days of no further updates I contact your customer support and was told that I would have to file a claim even though I never received the item. The representative then filed the claim on my behalf and I finally received my tricep bar about five days later. Upon receipt I noticed that one of the plate holders was loose and the only way to tighten it was to pry off the Titan logo on the bottom end. It also appears this same end has a slight bend to it. Not sure that I will be ordering again from Titan based on this experience.

Usually very Happy with Titan. However, waited a long while for Tall Pulley Tower to be in stock, only to place my order, and was shipped the completely wrong product. Actually received some kind of clamp on forklift arms. Very Inconvenient for me to have to ship back.

I ordered scratch and dent jammer arms. I knew they would be scratched/scraped but they came quite heavily damaged and missing pins to attach them to my rack. At the time I purchased them they were literally less than a $20 difference from the sale price on non scratch and dent. My general experience with factory blends or scratch and dent with most manufacturers is quite good. This wasn't and I was hoping I could get some pins and possibly a discount considering for the $15 difference between the regular priced ones the value was significantly less. When I called in the customer service rep was not helpful told me no exception could be made and would do nothing. I was very polite he was unwilling to do anything. It sounded like he was in a calling center and English was his second language. He was completely unsympathetic to my circumstance. I asked to speak to a supervisor he said he would put my name in for a call back that I should receive the next day. No one has ever called me back. My experience with Titan has generally been quite good with the exception of this one. Very disappointing.

Surprise gift for my son hon his fitness journey. One part arrived damaged andbunusable. It was missing at least a few l bolts. The description of the connecting hardware (bolts etc) in the instructions were not descriptive, not specific enough to easily identify which bolts went to where and and the labeling of the bolts was/is extremely poor. I've had better instruction manuals from Ikea. A week plus later I'm still waiting for replacement parts and it doesn't even looked like they've shipped according to Route the tracking software. Overall disappointed. First time using Titan and won't be using Titan or recommending them in the future.

A physical manual would have been very helpful. The little piece of paper that says where to go did not have the correct instructions stated. The directions are poorly written with parts missing from the text, but shown on the picture. The nuts and screws are extremely frustrating to remove from packaging. I'm not sure why you attached screws to the machine that someone has to remove, it was very annoying and difficult to remove.

I’ve ordered 2 things from Titan Fitness in the last couple of years. In those 2 orders, I’ve had 3 issues with missing pieces, damaged items, and incorrect parts. When I eventually get the right items, they are good quality for a good price. The accuracy of getting what you order makes you impossible to recommend.

Rack arrived with damage during shipment due to very poor packing. When I contacted Titan about it they generously offered me $25 vs actually fix the issue. Bottom line, you get what you pay for.

Avoid purchasing the slam balls. The tread tore and was leaking sand with less than a month of use. Titan fitness would not replace.

The pull-up bar arrived with no guide for installation but instead there was a post card that had a code and I needed to go to the webiste to look for it. A problem was that the code could not be found with a search on the website. I was able to install it without the documentation and to do so I removed the T-2 pullup bar and loosened the two side cross pieces to slip the new pullup bar into position. Not necessary to use M16 bolts to attach this and these require a 24mm socket which few people will own. Six M12 bolts provide a shear strength of 6800 pounds or more than enough.
