landmine handle came missing the tightening bolt. Inside of bar sleeve is full of slag and leftover material from the weld. Not awesome.

Not what I expected as far as the return policy. To many hoops to jump through for a refund. Took 3 days to tell me if my item will get approved for a refund, followed by a photo of the product before shipping and a heads-up that the return shipping will be on me with a 20% stocking fee. My husband will just keep the 4lb weights ($39.99) and I will move on to another seller to complete his preacher curl.

Pure garbage manufacturing. Holes are misaligned. Screws are too short in some places and don’t even grab the threading. My bench upper pad is only secured by 2 bolts due to hole misalignment. 2 bolts could not be put in. One of the worst assembly experiences I’ve had. No quality control whatsoever. I’ll not buy another Titan product.

Box was shipped in such poor condition that FedEx did not want to deliver it to me. Equipment was held up in shipping for 2 extra days because of this

As of this review, only 2 of 3 packages have shown up, both are just the 4 rack posts. I haven’t received any of the fastening hardware, pull up bars, j-hooks, etc. Not something that should happen when you pay the additional insurance for shipping and it was shipping from less than 100 miles away.

I ordered the tall squat stand with a pull up bar. The base assembly arrived but the uprights did not. And when I try to check the tracking information it says everything was delivered. I have called and emailed Titan and heard nothing back from them (other than an automated reply). I'm not impressed at this point at all with their customer service. Leisa Meyer

The center hole diameter is oversized and causes serious jiggling. That seems like a basic standard to match.

Purchased the Titan fitness floor mat for the home gym. The mat was cut unevenly (horizontally and vertically) and not to the exact measurements listed on the product page. Besides the poor dimensions, the thickness of the mat is accurate. I would suggest others seek alternatives for future mat purchases due to the not-so-great experience I have encountered...

Product seems great, but bench arrived without all of the hardware to build the unit. Received on July 1st and contacted customer support but as of yet haven't received the necessary hardware to build the prodcut.

Website was easy to navigate. item shipped quickly but was delayed after shipped. something to do with a damaged label. no update until the day is was getting delivered. once delivered I couldn't find it. referenced the fedex picture and it was in my neighbors back yard. Just on the ground. halfway between the porch and street. when I went to retrieve it the box was completely torn apart and the item had chipped paint like it had either been returned then resold or dropped during shipping. item itself is exactly what I ordered and worth the money. maybe titan's fault, maybe fedex. not sure. but not happy with that result especially the paint damage

My item never shipped and I have to wait 7 business days to file a claim. I cannot rate the product but so far the customer service has been terrible.

Order #1813644702 To begin with, since I haven't received everything (pull up bars, lateral supports and assembly hardware), I can't say much about that. The 4 posts are pretty, though. What I will comment on are the following: An E=mail informing we what wasn't being shipped as well as an estimate would have been nice, as my Army son was in town to assist me and we started to assemble the uprights, well, until we realized that wasn't possible. Neither your specifics page nor the photos indicate the number of bolt down holes or the size of the bolts required. Your foreign customer service phone guy didn't know but checked and told me they were 3/8" bolts. Was he correct because 3/8 seemed loose and a 1/2 " bolt fits better. I learned this after purchasing 3/8" bolts, washers, split washers and nuts and having to return them all. When I ordered the rack, all the racks said "back ordered" except the blue powder coat which said "low supplies." Thus I spent the extra $40 hoping to get earlier delivery. Silly me, I should have just gotten the black ones and saved the $40. I'm sure once the remaining parts arrive and I'm able to find someone to help me assemble the set it'll be just as good as the reviews by the YouTube content creators have said, but till then, well, who knows. If the star rating above is low, it's because of the above comments and not the performance of the rack. I won't answer as to the "Was delivery on time" as it hasn't been delivered and the "how long did it take" question is still up in the air.

My product was not as expected and defective. I have bought from titan several times in the past( ssb, Swiss bar, leg ext/curl machine etc) and have had no issues. But the return of this product apparently requires video and days/weeks of review to ensure I actually did receive a faulty product? Not the best customer service in my opinion

The Bicep/tricep machine didnt come with operating instructions, I did call and rep gave wrong info on how to use tricep side. I had to go on line and look at videos from a similair brand who had same type of machine. ALSO A square PLASTIC CAP was missing from top of rotary area and was told not in stock and would get back to me regards.

First order was lost by Fedex. Second order was also lost by Fedex but eventually delivered late and arrived missing small parts. I was able to find suitable replacements at a hardware store. The product was otherwise pretty good.
