Bar received with several scratches and blemishes. Obviously previously installed. Other than that, nicely build equipment and it came with appropriately sized lag bolts (some online reviews say it does not). Would’ve a great purchase if not for the bar that was sent.

FedEx would not unload my X3 folding rack. Someone said it's to heavy 130lbs. I recieved my spotting arms and my plyo box 4 days ago, but not my X3. Was suppose to be delivered today after me filing a complaint. I have my fingers crossed

Bought the axle bar and drop pads. Drop pads are great. Axle bar isn’t quite built to specs. The two ends are different sizes because my axle bar clamps will not fit on one side. They don’t really fit either side, but one is worse than the other. If you need to save money, this is obviously the brand to go with, but quality-wise I would stick to a more reputable brand when it comes to actual implements. Things like drop pads are fine, but this barbell is frustrating. It’s also not the listed weight either. I weighed it and it’s nearly 28 lbs. I don’t mind, but it’s annoying that they don’t build these things to the specs listed.

I've been using the 12" log bar for a few weeks. It's a fun implement and a great compliment to my other pressing movements. However; the barbell ends are not 50mm as described. Infact they are quite smaller. No standard collars work with the bar. I even ordered the new Titian twist lock pro collars. Still too large... I've had to use a band to keep the plates in place whilst pressing... less than ideal when you have over 200lbs above your head. I've spent over $300 us dollars... I expected a higher quality product.

I'm loving the product but the wait time sucked after the first machine arrived smashed and in a garbage bag from FedEx. I'm glad you guys shipped the replacement so quickly, but didn't appreciate the lecture on shipping insurance. I won't accept a damaged delivery full stop. I didn't buy it smashed, won't pay for it smashed. That said, if you guys have a hard time getting tickets resolved for FedEx handling issues, then go with a different carrier and raise the prices if you have to.

I have quite a few kettlebells from Titan, all of them perfect. Unfortunately this one showed up and the powder coating is chipped and the logo is incredibly crooked

Received a Scratch and Dent EZ Grip 45 lb bumper plate with shipping damage. The bumper plate was gouged with a chunck of rubber missing . The shipping carton was also damaged with the content visible. Called tech support and spoke to Leon. I emailed pics of the carton and damaged bumper plate per his request. After consulting with supervisors he told me there was nothing they would do because it was a scratch and dent item. Very dissappointed because it was obviously shipping damage and Titan should have filed a claim with UPS.

One of the platforms we ordered is bent a little and is hard to open and close. We can force it open though so doesn’t warrant a return

Where to find instructions on how to properly put the equipment together, u fail at, other then that, equipment is satisfactory. Website to go to for the instructions is a joke.

The set screw does not hold to the rod very well, it sometimes slides off when removing weight. They are very long, but you can pop the endcap off, cut them with a miter saw, and snap the endcap back in place.

I would love the dumbbells if they didn’t come damaged and missing a 2.5lb plate.. customer service has been non existent. Have opened a ticket and chatted with two separate people, they both asked me the same questions… still waiting on any resolution on the damaged plates and the missing 2.5lb piece. Pretty disappointed.

Basically you have to go onto you tube video and try and figure it all out , as there were parts in mismatched bags and the bolts were not labeled clearly . I used a Tape measure to plan out and space . I had to hack the tops off of tall Rack to be able to gain clearance from wall with the Lat tower installed.

Feels sturdy and a good concept l, Will fit full size bumper plates on all sides but mine came in with the box holding on a thread. They put the thinnest foam possible so my set came in highly scratched with paint chipped off.When assembling the leg platform was bent slightly so the wheels aren’t flushed with the ground making it unable to lock in place. Overall good gear just horrible packaging and handling.

This is the second time items arrive without proper packaging. The bubbles pop real quick during transport and the items arrived scuffed and bent. Not worth the time returning, but you guys need to step up your packaging game.
