It's a nice machine, but even after I adjust the height all the way, the pad still sits kinda high on me. Its usable but disappointing for sure that it doesn't adjust more for shorter people. I wouldn't have purchased had I known.

So far I have found my leg press machine very difficult to assemble. Especially the torsion spring. I suggest assembling this section prior to shipping. The frustration level for your customers will be much less and satisfaction level from getting to use the machine will be higher.

Guide rods came bent in shipping. Called customer service, they are on back order for a month. I think they reordered them? I can’t be certain, very difficult to understand them on the phone. So I followed up with email. There must be a five day or more delay on them responding. Still waiting. So now I have a lat tower taking up space that I paid for and can’t use for a month…..

This is very nice quality however it is built for tall People I’m 5’5” and I have to stand on my tippy toes for the chest pad to be in the proper spot

Ordered two 60lb urethane dumbbells both shipped separately. One arrived quickly box was pretty beat up but the dumbell was in good shape. Second dumbbell got "delayed" according to UPS, but when I finally got the second dumbbell the shipping label was zip tied to the dumbell handle, along with a sticker on the weight itself. Looks like the dumbbell was throw/rolled everywhere on it's journey to my house. Titan needs to invest in better more durable packaging to protect the consumers investment. Dumbbells and many other weight training equipment is expensive and I don't think people want their investment damaged because the company doesn't invest in strong durable packaging materials.

I love the sturdiness of the product but I would prefer if there were just a few minor adjustments. I would prefer the handles on the leg raise side to be further out on the arms and I wish the back pad was a little bit higher up. When trying to do leg raises I feel a little constricted because the handles and back pad are so close in and it’s not the most comfortable.

Very noisy. Noises and squeaks comes out with every repeated motion. I can’t figure it out, it’s a brand new machine.

Ok for the price it is, don't expect a gym quality product. They try to keep the price down by using below average pulleys. Look on youtube on how to improve them. Pulley tower arrived dented and pulley slots were bent. This was due to poor packaging as the box was not damaged whatsoever. Was really disappointed since I was not sure the proper angle they are supposed to be at and proper opening width. The instructions were zero help for this issue and they were subpar at best for assembling the pulley tower. Contacted customer service and they weren’t able to fully help since I feel it’s not Titan Fitness on the other end. They read off a paper that I feel should have been included in the instructions. Still tweaking and unbending the product to make it work for our needs. I’ve bought several pieces of equipment from Titan Fitness and the quality and free shipping keeps me coming back. Their packaging is always below standards.

I give the product 3 stars because the instructions are soooo bad. You can barely read the instructions and then where to put the nuts and bolts is a wild guess. There is one point in the instructions where the wording has P1, P2, P3, etc, but there is nowhere to be found which wheel is P1, P2, P3, etc. I ended up going to a hardware store to get more nuts and bolts as well as the space separators. Not sure if I did not get the parts or if I put them in the wrong place because of the crappy instructions. Would be good, for a product at this price, to have a step by step video. Other then that, the product works very well.

The cross members I purchased should be able to mount in the end holes. If I drop the handles while walking they could slide chopping away at my feet. Also the reason I purchased these was for the knurling on the handles to my disappointment the knurling is really passive Jesse Anklam

Good solid build. Reasonable price for the product compared to other companies. It came with some scuffs on the coating which is disappointing. Also some of the accessories are a bit overpriced and have odd sales. Just lower the price instead of a constant rotating sale.

Product is solid. Assembly instructions are garbage. Customer service is non existent. Company sent me a code for a 10% discount, then hid behind a claim that product was backorder so they wouldn't accept the code that they sent. Wrote company to find some resolution and they did not conduct follow up communication. All sent via email.

It is a very nice peice of equipment but was very difficult to put together. The manual did not help with the building. I used a video on YouTube for help. The length of bolts was almost impossible to determine. A 5 mm difference between bolts was not much to go by. There was also a shortage of the bolts I needed and had to go to the store to buy. Lastly, there should have been more spacers added so that the pulley wheels stay in a straight line. I do enjoy this product but am not sure if I would use Titan first for my next piece of equipment.

Boxes work well, however the stitching on the Velcro pieces were not seen on tight. It's not even been 2 months yet and some Velcro pieces stitched on are already coming off. I expect better quality for the price of these!
