I bought the Pull Up Bar not knowing which model I purchased ( there's a 400# and 500# models available). I guess I purchased the 400# model (fine for my weight). As mentioned in one of the previous reviews, the frame for the bar came scratched. Poor packaging, obviously! Rather than send it back, I touched up the "ding" with a black felt pen. The bar itself is a little big in diameter for my hand size, so I retrofitted the bar with a smaller diameter bar. I think Titan should offer the different bar diameters with their Pull Up Bar package. I talked to a customer service representative (whom I could hardly understand), explained the problem and asked for two or three of the white decals that came with the unit. She made excuses for the damaged product and told me she couldn't send me any additional decals. I more than likely, will not make any purchases from Tiatan. I would like one of the T-2 racks, but whould be very nervous about purchasing it without seeing it in person first. Thank you, John G

The arms work well, but I had to buy smaller pins/bolts because the holes in the arms and rig were about a MM off. The pin that was sent was so tight, it would not go through the holes. I purchased 4 pairs and it was the same for all the arms.

They are very good for powerlifting…but not so much for Olympic weightlifting, they slip when bar is dropped.

Customer service is professional but after reaching out about the machine and how uncomfortable it was I felt as there was nothing they could do. Did not feel valued as a customer who invested a lot of money into gym equipment.

After buying several used titan pieces for my home gym I found the quality to be pretty good so I needed a specialty item and bought the vice grip trainer new from Titan. The box was damaged in shipping and the unit was roughed up (nothing I could not live with or fix). Assembly was fast and easy but finding Resistance bands were not included as I believed they would be by the way the description on the website is written and not including the 2” Olympic adapter for the plates was a farther letdown.

While it is very well made, I haven’t been able to use it. It won’t fit in my space and the return policy won’t give enough money back and requires me to pay shipping make sure you read the return policy before your purchase.

I ordered t3 lever arms conversion brackets and was sent the wrong ones. Called and talked to someone to get the right one and made sure they knew what I had and what I needed and they sent the same ones they sent first time. Decided to just convert them myself.

My experience with Titan Fitness has been good overall. The ceiling mounted pull up bar I purchased was a good price - comparable with some Amazon offerings - and it shipped quickly. I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the bar, but functionally it meets my needs. If I had paid more I would have been very disappointed; however, would still consider purchasing from Titan again in the future.

I like Titan Fitness and have purchased several items from them, including kettlebells, Olympic plates, Olympic bars, hex bars, a hack squat machine and more. In general they provide high quality products at affordable prices (also great shipping options) and that’s what keeps me coming back. Unfortunately, their customer service isn’t great, and when I’ve had issues with products in the past (mostly cosmetic or things that with enough intuition and elbow grease I could fix on my own) I’ve been on my own. I even had to drill new holes to put my hack squat machine together (the holes they drilled were about a centimeter off and wouldn’t connect properly) but they said that wasn’t an issue they could help with and it wouldn’t qualify for a manufacturer defect discount. It’s the little things that make a company great, and for now Titan Fitness continues to be pretty good.
