The products are all great and as expected from a function standpoint. The adjustable bench's box was damaged and the head of the upholstery is ripped and the particle board base is damaged. Its usable, but was damaged.

The rack was very quick to be delivered. Once I got it open I realized it was missing a box of hardware. Called customer service, and had told them all the peices that needed to be sent out. They required me to send a photo of what I had, to prove it was missing (stupid notion). Was told it would ship that day, and I'd get a tracking number. After a week of no shipment and communication, I sourced the hardware locally.

This bench is a decent value for the money. The 17 inch height is perfect for me and the wide pad supports my shoulders a lot better than other benches I've used. The pad has just enough grip for easy adjustments under the bar before a lift. The rollers also work well, so moving the bench in and out of the rack is no problem. My biggest complaints concern the potential durability of the pad and the finish on the front and back posts. The pad's light weight suggests it has a relatively thin plywood backing, so I guess time will tell whether it can hold up under heavy lifts. On the back post, it looks like a grinder was accidently passed along one side after the post had been painted, exposing a ragged section of bare metal. The front post was also pretty scratched up, like it had been tossed into a bin against other metal parts before being packaged and shipped. The defects one the posts are too obvious to have simply been overlooked. Unfortunately, they make me wonder about Titan's committment to quality. It's clear that whoever made and packaged these parts didn't take much pride in their work.

Unfortunately I don't like this as much as I thought I would. When I do shoulder presses etc. When I lift the weight off the holders I end up knocking into them because of them sticking out as far as the do. I would have to somehow slide back or forward on the bench with the heavy weights in the air which isn't really possible.

Just ok. Pros: design and knurling looks cool. That’s about where it stops. I hoped these would work better. Cons: arrived with some know of permanent blue marker defect. Not a huge deal but when I put one to hold plates on Bulletproof Isolator leg extension, it doesn’t stay in place. Slowly moves off the weight horn. Doesn’t work even when cranked down as tightly as I can. Hope someone comes out with a nicer, higher quality version.

Item was dinged, staind and just overall busted up. The box looked like a crime scene lol. Dip bars are sturdy and I trust them though. I bought a brand new item and may have been sent scratch and dent. Not sure. Still happy with the product, but this is definitely something to open on your porch before bringing inside.

Decent company who gets much of their low prices from using Chinese manufacturers. Wish they would not send out so many emails. Also, their "Nah, I don't want great deals" popup EVERY time you go to their website (even if you already are a member), is annoying.

Buyers beware, when purchasing anything from Titan Fitness, just understand that returning is essentially not an option. I have about 10 Titan Fitness products and all have been great with the exception of my most recent purchase, the adjustable competition kettle bells. I believe most of their products are great, however, I've had no luck with customer service and their return policy is terrible. You must pay for return shipping (which is absolutely ridiculous when shipping costs are based on weight). Plus, you have to pay a restocking fee. Both of the above items are supposed to be covered when returning a damaged item, however, I've been going back and forth with customer service for 3 weeks trying to return the kettles bells that I received that were so damaged, it looked like they had been used in a gym for a couple years. Unfortunately, will probably not be ordering anything else from Titan Fitness again.

I called because I could not put the 10% off code in to complete my purchase. The person on the other side of the phone. You can not have a double discount. I understand but he explained the reason with no energy or excitement for me buy this product. It may not sound like much but Titan is receiving a new customer you want that person to feel special. Your shipping is horrendous. All my friends that order from Titan always tell me to think twice before ordering. I found out the hard way. I wanted to be there when it came so I took the time out of my day to be there. I waited all day and wasted a beautiful day because it kept saying out for delivery finally the delivery was canceled by fedex.

Titan has been good to me for the most part. There have been more and more slipups over the years, though. At least 1 item in every order has had an issue and while the support is accommodating, I would rather just have better quality control. Pieces have come bent, scratched, or otherwise unusable, and I even got an entire box of rods for a single pulley system I ordered.

Unfortunately, I wanted to love this product: but it doesn’t fit my T-3 rack. I bought my T3 rack in 2017 and I now believe the rack has changed since then. There are no holes on the sides of the rack anywhere in the middle that this could bolt onto to. So i either have to drill holes into the steel to make it fit or just throw it away. Waste of money. Wish the site said it fits T3 model from a certain date forward.

Overall, nice looking plyo box and gets the job done. The wood itself is not the best quality, as when putting together, the wood tears apart the plywood layers making it really difficult to put together evenly so that it actually doesn’t wobble. Had a few scratches and wood chips, so not the best packed either. Wouldn’t expect this from buying new.

The metal brackets under the bench need to be wider. The shorter ones make it unstable and feels cheap. I hope it will last a while. Bolts are tight. They just need to be extended few inches on each side

I've ordered quite a bit from Titan over the last year or so. My wife and I have a garage gym and have been buying equipment slowly as we add things to the space. We've had both good and bad experiences but ultimately I have been pleased with Titan and will continue to order equipment from them. Typically their customer service is pretty good about working with you to make sure you're taken care of. I had one product quality issue that couldn't be resolved unfortunately, but ultimately the issues with the product don't have any affect on the equipment's effectiveness so I got over it lol. The pricing and free shipping can't be beat, but be sure to do your research depending on the piece of equipment you're ordering.
