Fast shipping as always. Log came a little banged up with a few dents and one end was sticking out fully of the package but can’t fault Titan for the second part. Log is already warping though after only having it for like a week and a half unfortunately.

Purchased the calf machine. Product arrived quickly. Unfortunately a plastic insert that guides the knee pad adjustment height was cracked. The only fix Titan offered was a refund on the part. This doesn’t exactly solve the problem.

The hardware part numbers between the hardware packets and the online assembly instructions didn’t always match. I wasted too much time trying to research the differences and the correct hardware part number to use. I made an assumption on which carriage bolts to use in different steps in assembly, and am reasonably sure I got it correct. I’m not sure if it was the manufacturer or Titan that messed up the hardware numbers in the hardware pack (though most did match), but Titan should have been up to date matching instructions to hardware as part of the QA process. If not for this time wasting annoyance, I would have rated it 5 stars. Titan’s survey is poor and needs improvement. While my rating for speed of delivery was very fast, the website shows from as expected to between as expected to very fast. Fix it, it should be only very fast for me. I hope Titan doesn’t rely on these survey responses for business decisions or marketing. The website shopping experience is similarly messed up .

Sending out products that’s require assembly without including instructions is dumb. Having to empty the entire box to find out there aren’t any instructions, which means I have to go on google to find instructions, is infuriating.

Issues with a delivery, processing this has been very slow as well as letting know when to expect replacement, I had to call a few times to get replacement information.

I like the equipment overall, but the online assembly guide is almost worthless. I had to use a YouTube video to help me construct the lat pull down tower. It felt cheap to rely on a confusing a set of online instructions than a paper instruction guide. I wish there was a bit more space between the pull down tower and the back of the rack as the cabling is uncomfortably close when I squat. Really like my adjustable bench, bumper plates and bar.

It was scratch and dent so it was dinged up which wasn’t a problem however it came with the wrong nut for the single hand attachment. Had to go to store and buy the correct nut. Love the machine however.

Had high hopes for this bench. Part of the seat was bent and took my husband a good bit to bend it to where the pin would go in. The other issue is that the rubber stopper for the seat only screws in on one side and it’s the wrong side.

The Good: This is a really solid and strong pull up bar with multiple grips, it works as advertized and is exactly what I was looking for. I'm confident in it's strength and love the grips (no knurling). It came quickly with sufficient packaging and was the right price for me. The Bad: The welding on some of the edges of the multigrips to the primary front/back bars is not pretty at all. Half of the welds look pretty bad, aren't smooth, and one of them had a piece of metal from the welding that was pretty sharp and I had to file it to make it usable. Also one of the two diagonal braces was bent out to the side a few inches, it works just fine, but makes it not 100% uniform on both sides. Lastly, the bottom plate for the diagonal braces could extend higher - the way the hole for the bolt is right underneath the tightest part of the diagonal made it difficult to drill into and those bolts are askew. I'm still confident in the strength and safety regardless these downsides, but I was surprised by them.

Item is not very solid after putting the three pieces together. I can feel small movement during working out in every aspect of the station even after tightening all provided screws.

Sturdy and strong! Easy to install. Giving 3 stars because one of the openings for the bar was rough cut and unfortunately scratched the bar during installation.

Will likely not purchase scratch and dent again. Purchased rings and a section of the teeth of the clasp that holds the straps is broken off and there is noticable wiggle in the clasp mechanism. Was expecting more of a cosmetic issue and not a compromised product that supports my body weight. Can't really review Titan and normal products as the only purchase was a scratch and dent.
