Unfortunately, I wanted to love this product: but it doesn’t fit my T-3 rack. I bought my T3 rack in 2017 and I now believe the rack has changed since then. There are no holes on the sides of the rack anywhere in the middle that this could bolt onto to. So i either have to drill holes into the steel to make it fit or just throw it away. Waste of money. Wish the site said it fits T3 model from a certain date forward.

Overall, nice looking plyo box and gets the job done. The wood itself is not the best quality, as when putting together, the wood tears apart the plywood layers making it really difficult to put together evenly so that it actually doesn’t wobble. Had a few scratches and wood chips, so not the best packed either. Wouldn’t expect this from buying new.

Eagerly waited. It came. Right out of the box, there are 4 divets of damaged finish. Chips if you will. I'm waiting for a reply.

The metal brackets under the bench need to be wider. The shorter ones make it unstable and feels cheap. I hope it will last a while. Bolts are tight. They just need to be extended few inches on each side

I've ordered quite a bit from Titan over the last year or so. My wife and I have a garage gym and have been buying equipment slowly as we add things to the space. We've had both good and bad experiences but ultimately I have been pleased with Titan and will continue to order equipment from them. Typically their customer service is pretty good about working with you to make sure you're taken care of. I had one product quality issue that couldn't be resolved unfortunately, but ultimately the issues with the product don't have any affect on the equipment's effectiveness so I got over it lol. The pricing and free shipping can't be beat, but be sure to do your research depending on the piece of equipment you're ordering.

Customer service when ordering does not tell you useful information when placing an order. For example, I ordered the SquatMax, as well as, the Transformer pin. I was not told the SquatMax comes with one already. So, I wasted $35 on something I didn’t need, when they could have told me.

The barbell I received had a bad bearing. Customer service took 4ish days to get back to me. They did send a replacement barbell though.

Bench wasn’t what I expected. The seat is wider than I had hoped. The pictures online did t really have great angles and views of the width of the seat.

Feels really solid and holds nice and tight. I wouldn’t recommend it if you also want to use it do triceps. I would return it but they don’t have another one with a better angle for tri’s

I still cannot get the metal bar into the padded roller on the squat bench. Sad. Bench was delivered and I hope no issues with it.

Overall item quality is not great, but for the price it’s ok. The welds are rough, the finish isn’t great, and items almost always arrive already damaged in some way.

What I liked: well the dumbbell rack seems sturdy, since the dumbbell set that I order is on back order I won’t know how sturdy it is until I received it, but yeah it does look and feel solid What I disliked: the package was torn on one side, someone could’ve easily taken something out, it doesn’t appear like tho, a few parts came with scratches and gouges, this is like ordering a double cheeseburger thru drive thru, getting home and noticing they didn’t put the cheese on the burger, not a big deal but let’s be real here, I ordered and payed for something brand new, not something with knicks and scratches,

I ordered a bar and a bench. The bar was fine, the bench had been dropped, had a rusty spot, and a stripped adjustment screw that wouldn't attach.
