Unfortunately, Titan is still somewhat of a low cost, cheap import product distributor. Ordered their premium level squat rack which is priced very closely to competitors and even some USA made vendors. Subpar packaging and many items were damaged right out of the box. Customer service has been responsive albeit a little slow to respond. Honestly, it’s the way many items are packed from the factory. Titan doesn’t appear to care about the condition of how items arrive to the end user.

Good product, site coupons were misleading. Support was empathetic, but this still gave a bad taste

Super fast shipping, but the product arrived with knicks and scrapes on it. Not due to shipping, which is the usual culprit with Titan shipping. Everything arrived packaged well. However, the marks are obviously pre-packaging. Slightly disappointed, but I’m sure I’ll put more marks on it with use. Solid products.

Ordering was easy, And I love my leg extension machine. Very easy to assemble, looks like good quality, of course if you ask again in a year or so, I’ll see how it’s wearing and try to sort out weight capacity, etc. The part I did not have me score you higher was that I got four 45 pound bumper plates, with the express idea of fitting them on the machine. It only fits three, and I had discussed with the gentleman I ordered with, exactly my intention with using these bumper plates, etc. I was disappointed that he didn’t point out to me that each of them is 3 inches long and , the sleeve for the weights on the machine is 10 inches long so I could not fit fourth one on. Great solid product but product should have better quality control. The finished product has parts where paint or cover was missing/ not smooth. Packaging was an issue too, resulting in a part sticking out of the box and other parts getting scratched.

Very frustrating- as I was placing the online order for the ab/back extension machine, the price raised! The initial price of the item in my in basket was roughy $50 less than when I actually checked out! The machine itself is great though.

The tricep bar is nice but the packaging was terrible. The package fell apart and my first order was lost. The company sent another one and the ends of that box were ripped open and the bar almost came out, again. The product needs better packaging.

Was missing 2 washers that actually hold on leg attachments. Also foam pad doesn't stay straight when lifting , putting unequal pressure during sets.

Product quality is okay. Does not adjust up and down smoothly whatsoever and has some misshapen plastic parts that made assembly and make adjustment difficult. Metal arm came with light rust coating in some areas. Probably all artifacts of sitting in a warehouse but not ideal nontheless. Other items Ive purchaeed from Titan, including racks and barbells, are much better than this.

Well built, but the shelves/racks are not designed for standard dumbbells. This prevents the dumbbells from laying properly and staying on the shelves without modifications or additions to the shelves.

I was very excited to receive my order. However, upon opening shipment, we found no instructions and the top cross beam holes were about 1/8-1/4" off so we had to drill the hole out more to make it sit properly. Also, the crossbeam is slanted. However, it's in place and still works. I want to order another one next month but I don't want to pay full price for something that is 100% in order. I hope you understand my frustration. Noone should pay that kind of money and have to fix issues with install. Thank you 👊🏾🥊
