“Other than the 7 swing bags i ordered all coming in at different times, everything was good. The emails confirming orders were a smidge confusing. If it was stated anywhere on delivery confirmation that this was a partial order it would alleviate some confusion.”

“The rack, bar, and weights are all 5* quality, the knurl on the bar is incredibly aggressive, which I prefer personally. The tools provided to put it together are awful so make sure to have your own. The deadlift platform is weird. The runners that go underneath push the rubber mats up to make a weird bump in your platform. Over all I’m happy with the gym I built in my home.”

“I bought bumper plates and a lifting belt. Both had good quality and arrived quickly but the belt did not fit and Titan’s return policy requiring a 20% restocking fee will likely result in me not ordering from them anymore. I can understand paying for return shipping but a 20% restocking fee that they will not waive for something that is in original packaging is tough to justify when online ordering without being able to touch or try on equipment first.”

“Recieved the wrong 2nd box of item and now the box i need to finish putting my equipment together is on backorder of 3 weeks. Asked for a discount as i wanted to keep item as it will not be availble until a month after my orginial estimate arrival date but was offered a 5% discount on future purchase. Usually have very good experiences with Titan but not this case.”

“I purchased a medium digital timer. In the “customers also purchased” section there was a stand. I assumed it would fit the timer I purchased. It doesn’t. I don’t think the stand should be linked to a timer it won’t fit. And your return policy is terrible.”

“Kids plyo box is for ants. My 5yo is already maxed out. Can’t really return it because of return shipping and whopping 15% restocking fee from pre-Amazon days. Not a great experience.”

“One of the straps slips in the buckle. Also, when I tried to consult the manual for the gym rings it brought me to a page with thousands of items and the search field wasn’t working for me. Had to back out and use google. No point in a qr code if that’s what it does.”

“Price is great. Shipping is great. The only issue is the weights/plates have No tapered edge, it’s almost impossible to pick them up if they fall flat on the floor.”

“The rack and lever arms are great, I'm dissapointed with the bench. The bench is solid but the seat seems very cheap. The seams were coming apart when I took them out of the box. I contacted customer service and was told they couldn't replace the pad. They did refund me 10 percent of the cost for the bench, which I do appreciate. It just kind of stinks buying all new equipment and starting out with it looking like junk. I would not recomend the bench, but the rest I would. Thank you, Marty”

“It was pretty easy to order the product. Finding the manual wasn't as easy product isn't listed. And talking to the email bot. Kinda sucked. Product seemed like a good idea, but the actual in life design has stabilization issues. Ptribar”

“Was disappointed with the quality of my short cable towers. Parts were cracked, bent, rusty, and the package arrived in a ripped box. It was like it was a used product. Support wasn’t very helpful either. After about 2 weeks of slow communication via email, all they could do was give me a partial refund of about $52. I paid over $600 for two cable towers.”

“Ordering and shipping was fine, but the bell isn't the quality I hoped for. The internal weights were rusted and stuck together (but I got them apart). The inside of the bell looks very rough. The seam between the two halves isn't even so the bell needs to be twisted in exactly the right orientation or the seam isn't smooth. It's still usable, but I would reccomend a different brand if someone asked me.”

“Missing pieces of the items ordered. Dont want to do business with you so please do not respond. First impressions are everything with a Hospital. If all you are concerned about is speed you have that covered. Quality control needs to be addressed.”

“The equipment is great ,but not getting directions with it and I had to buy $35.00 Worth of bolts nuts and washers that were not pack in box I think im going to switch to another brand to purchase my next equipment”

“I am very happy with all the equipment received. Good quality. The reason I’m giving a 3 star is because I was sent a wrong package and did not received one of the 7 things I ordered. There was a mistake from Titan. I received a Muay Thai Pad when I had ordered a rack attachment. I called and let them know and I was told what I ordered was sold out. It was a 24”scratch and dent flipdown safety bars which only saved me $20 dollars. I tought I would be sent any other ones since the price difference was minimal. Instead I was told to send back the MT Pad (which is fine by me) and that as soon as they received the Pad I would be refunded. So now I have to find a printer which I dont have to print the label so I can be refunded in a week or two. Much easier to send me a new flipdown bar to fix your mistake in which in the end you lose $20. Now you get a bad review instead and probably lose a future client. It’s business common sense. Do it right. It was your mistake not the customer. PD. The Lady that took the complaint was very nice”

“The roller hooks are lovely, but the lock pins don't tighten all the way on one of the lock pins, making that hook rather unstable.”

“The adjustable plyo box was easy to assemble and seem to very sturdy. However, it arrived damaged. There was damage to the shipping box, but the damage to the plyo box wasn't in the area of the shipping box that was damaged. It appeared that the plyo box legs were damaged prior to shipping as all the packing materials were intact. The damage does not appear to affect the integrity of the unit, so I'll spray paint the exposed metal to keep it from rusting.”
