I am very happy with all the equipment received. Good quality. The reason I’m giving a 3 star is because I was sent a wrong package and did not received one of the 7 things I ordered. There was a mistake from Titan. I received a Muay Thai Pad when I had ordered a rack attachment. I called and let them know and I was told what I ordered was sold out. It was a 24”scratch and dent flipdown safety bars which only saved me $20 dollars. I tought I would be sent any other ones since the price difference was minimal. Instead I was told to send back the MT Pad (which is fine by me) and that as soon as they received the Pad I would be refunded. So now I have to find a printer which I dont have to print the label so I can be refunded in a week or two. Much easier to send me a new flipdown bar to fix your mistake in which in the end you lose $20. Now you get a bad review instead and probably lose a future client. It’s business common sense. Do it right. It was your mistake not the customer. PD. The Lady that took the complaint was very nice

The roller hooks are lovely, but the lock pins don't tighten all the way on one of the lock pins, making that hook rather unstable.

The adjustable plyo box was easy to assemble and seem to very sturdy. However, it arrived damaged. There was damage to the shipping box, but the damage to the plyo box wasn't in the area of the shipping box that was damaged. It appeared that the plyo box legs were damaged prior to shipping as all the packing materials were intact. The damage does not appear to affect the integrity of the unit, so I'll spray paint the exposed metal to keep it from rusting.

Ordering and price are great. Packaging was subpar.

I purchased a small stud-mounted pull up bar (SKU: 400507). The hardware looks to be in good condition. I plan to mount it to my garage ceiling. However, I was very disappointed in the quality of the owner's manual. It provided no explanation or guidance on how to mount the bar to a ceiling, i.e., what size pilot hole to drill in the ceiling joists prior to screwing in the 8 lag bolts.

No instructions with anything. Not something you can just wing, other than that great equipment

Estimated ship times on back order items was quite inaccurate. I had to ask for updates versus Titan sending an update when the date changed.

The bench itself is awesome. Easy to put together (with caveats below). Sturdy. Love the minimalist black without loud logos and such. Caveats: Packing. The box arrived torn with parts sticking out. With how boxes are moved and stacked, there could well have been damage. There wasn’t, but that’s just luck. Assembly instructions are good enough - assembly itself would have been easy except: On wheel was assembled. The other wasn’t. The bolt to assemble was loose in the box. There was no nut. The bolts to attach the rail to the legs were sent with the wrong size nuts. This necessitated a trip to the hardware store (thankfully just around the corner) and another $10 or so in parts. Neither the packaging nor assembly mistakes are issues I’d expect at this price point. And, once it’s unpacked, unless there’s a catastrophic issue, it’s just too much trouble to pack up and ship back. It’s a better than average bench for a home gym. If you’re willing to take a chance on the packaging and parts, go for it. My lower rating reflects on the vendors process, not the product.

Each of my purchases with Titan has come back with a manufacturers defective item in it. Customer service has been good about getting everything right, however, it’s disappointing that I have to go through this process. I’m still waiting on replacement parts that I can use the floor GHD. I sent pictures and video in my original submission. I don’t believe the representative looked at them before asking me initial questions. I had to redirect him back to the submitted pictures and video before they sent out the replacement part. It was finally acknowledged that a replacement part needs to be sent out but it’s yet to go out.

I was gifted a safety squat bar and a set of farmer carry bars. The SSB came great no issues. but the farmer carry bars rubber end caps had two that were already halfway coming off. Not the end of the world, a manufacturer or shipping issue though, but when you get something brand new it’s nice when it’s in pristine condition.

Good customer service on order… check Shipping on time/faster then expected… check Solid unit for price… check Only draw back is that there were some visible scratches/marred coating upon opening of package which was disappointing. 3.5 stars

FedEx tore this box all up. The item is a Christmas gift and it showed out for delivery three times and then delayed. I hope nothing is missing inside the box when opened.

I like the kettlebells overall but there is a part that damages my hands where the paint ends that's really painful.

Only the first email went to my email all others went to spam so I missed out on my tracking info until it was to late and both products were shipped separately unbeknownst to me as well. The green .25 fractional was the only plate that had a massive amount of difficulty in placing on a variety of bars. Customer service was delayed and not very heplful in assisting me in figuring out what happened to the tracking information so I could locate my products quicker and give me piece of mind.
