Back order extended multiple times. Over 8 weeks to receive belt. Belt runs smaller than specs.

I paid for fast shipping and only half my order came in the time promised. Also the preacher bench I purchased had damage on one of the metal legs probably from shipping. I put it together anyway and am using it.

Both of my packages arrived opened. The boxes were not strong enough for the heavy products and broke open. My items were delivered outside of the box with the broken boxes placed next to them on the doorstep. The boxes should be taped better to keep them from opening.

the first order got lost in the mail, but once i contacted the insurance with proof of loss everything went smooth and the re-order went well

It's a wall ball but weight distribution is off. Tried a workout with it, and catching it properly was more of a task than the actual workout. Unless the ball landed perfectly with the heavy side towards me, it always fell forward and easily falls from your grasp, which slows cuts your reps down. So if you're not trying to keep a score of a workout, i'm sure it'll work for some folks. If you are keeping score, get something that won't make you swear at it.

The product is great, service could be better. You tracking webpage asked for an order number. I never received an order number. I had to download a separate app to track package and then pull the order number from the separate app. You should have just sent me the order number in my confirmation email and I could have tracked the app on your webpage.

Great product. But the back order took a while. Hoping next time to get more updates of when the back order will arrive. I had to message their customer service twice for the update. Customer serive was quick to reply though.

All in all it's great and I'm satisfied. However, the pulldown attachment isn't working properly. Maybe I was sent a faulty bracket, but the cable for the top pulley scraps the metal beam the rollers are on. It split the cables protectors on my 3rd try to use it. I'll have to try and glue a piece of plastic or something to protect the cable if I want to continue to use it.

Was hesitant to get the floor model but it's worked out great. The problem is how it's packed for shipping. Ours arrive with several scratches and broken plastic bits.

No instructions on how to assemble, luckily it was fairly simple to figure out. Parts were scratched and dented out of box. But, the overall quality is comparable to more expensive options.

The knurl on one of the handles is better than on the other. Titan quality continues to be hit or miss for me, but for a third of the price of the thousand pound equipment guerilla in Ohio, I can't complain too much.

In a nutshell would I buy it again: probably Should you: depends on your needs and budget My gripes: it’s a metal tube inserted into a metal tube you’re going to need better geese/lubricant than what’s provided, though what’s provided will be sufficient in the short term. Also the fit isn’t perfect quality control on titan products needs to be looked at, when I tried to secure the top portion of the squat machine if I secured it with all 4 nuts and washers the alignment was off just enough that the moveable portion wouldn’t go up and down. If I secured it with the outer bolts tightly and inner bolts loosely then the machine would work. Also the padding where you lay down is on the stiffer end of comfort, but overall for the price not bad. also the side portions of the machine not all 4 holes lined up only three on each side. I wish titan would focus on some quality control issues and update their instructions a bit more.

I am disappointed that the T2 rack I ordered is advertised as 6 feet tall, but is actually shorter due to the location of the cross bars/pull up bar. This means that at 5'9" I cannot squat in the rack without hitting my head. If you are 5'9" or taller, order the tallest rack.

The product is great but unfortunately you’re packing was not getting enough receive the package was missing parts and a punctured hole in the chest supported pad although I did talk to your customer service. They were very kind and very helpful helping me out. I do wish you guys did a better job at taping up and protecting the packages.

I sent a note to your Instagram one of the Polly wheels sides fall off. It’s like they were not manufactured right so they don’t say snapped in and one of the short unit one of the two short pulley extensions was welded a little incorrectly so it’s off at an angle I think that may help the Cable swing a bit. Very solid wild just not on center so I’ve sent pictures.
