The bench itself is fine and seems like good quality that will last. The packaging was not great and there were little metal pellets everywhere. Thousands of them fell out of the packaging and bench pieces themselves. I also think I received a returned bench since some of the pieces were already in place when I began to assemble it. This is why I’m putting it at 3 stars. The bench is fine and worth what I paid I think but the assembly and shipping weren’t great. It also arrived later than the original late date. Also to be nit picky I got two stickers and both were ripped. It’s the little things and attention to detail that set companies apart and bring back customers and I’m on the fence whether I will purchase more from Titan.

Great equipment, arrived with cosmetic damage to one leg and a bent arm support but functional all the same with fast delivery.

The product seems well built but could have been engineered better. First, it flexes quite a bit on the tip, everything is tight, its the steel flexing. Second, the arms aren't even, they are at different heights. My guess is they either weren't bent correctly, or weren't welded quite right. I fabricated a bracket to hold it still, it bolts to the wall. The arms would need to be refabbed to correct.

Start off with our site crashing and telling me my order did not go through. I place the order again to find out that the first order had already gone through. Then spent the next week trying to return the second order. I've just got my shipping labels to return the second item. Still having trouble getting a pick up scheduled with Fedex. They are the worst carrier you could have choosen to work with. The customer service rep was polite and did her best to help. However, I did have trouble understand what she was saying. She has a very strong acent.

Instructions to build my equipment didn’t match. You scan the code that was supplied and it sent you to farm equipment attachments. Tried typing in the product code that was given to me, and titans website couldn’t find the product. Thankfully for the help line they were able to help me and send me the instructions. Loved the product, hated the instructions not being available without calling someone

I haven’t tried the product yet (battle rope straps), but was a little disappointed in the delivery. It’s not a particularly complicated piece of equipment, but came with no instructions at all. Three stars for lack of instructions, but hoping it works well with the ropes.

Customer service is just OK. Products are high quality. The center, weight loading post on the sled should be higher allowing for more weight to be added

I understand this is a scratch and dent item, but to ship a barbell without any protection seems wrong. It showed up at my front door with just a shipping labeled attached with a zip tie. The barbell is as expected, but I am sure it picked up some more scraches while being shipped to me.

Haven't had any issues ordering before, but this item came with a noticeable scratch on the top of the kettlebell handle.

Shipping and packaging were great, and squat rack is of very high quality- I ordered a leg curl/extension and unfortunately wasn’t aware I ordered the wrong one(incompatible with my rack). Also unfortunately I assembled all the units and threw out packaging before I realized this, and customer service agent has not gotten back to me about if I can send this one back in exchange for the compatible one, so I might have a very expensive paperweight on my hands

Bought a Titan plyo box a few years ago that was fully assembled; and I really liked it so I finally bought another one while expecting to get the same thing as before. It was a bummer when I received it to learn that the plyo boxes are no longer fully assembled. I did go back to the website to find some fine print about being "easy to assemble," but it's still a bummer. Haven't assembled the new one yet, but I hope they still are still stackable with older versions. Otherwise I just bought some firewood.

Love the rack but the bolts that came with the package broke when assembling it and we had to go get different ones.

Overall I was very happy, but the product had scratches on it out the box, which doesn't seem ideal given it was new.

The order process was fine. The problem came with the installation. There were no hard copy instructions included. I had to download them from the website. In addition there were two mislabeled parts withing the assembly instructions. At least there were two extra of the large bolts and washers to make up for the mislabeling. Otherwise the product itself seems to be working fine.

I really think you should look into switching freight carrier. FedEx Ground apparently has a theft problem. This is the second product I have had to have reshipped because of "lost or stolen". The second product from Titan had a huge hole in the box. Luckily nothing was missing. Your product seems to be of good quality.

I received my shipment however box all broken w scuff marks on bar which didnt make me happy I havent had the time to install not sure if all screws are there. Your shipping packaging should improve so that products survive carriers and arrive to customers intact and new as intended.

Shipping was a nightmare. Took weeks to get delivered. Gave three stars because you do business with FedEx. They had what I bought for 3 to 4 days and kept saying delivery was delayed. This is typical for Fed Ex. Probably won’t order anything anymore because they use FedEx. Did I mention I do not like FedEx?

The bench is great. The shipping box was tore to shreds and the bench pretty much ended up on my porch in loose pieces. Multiple holes in the box, the delivery driver gave me the instructions and welcome card that should have been in the box by hand. The standing bar that runs across the top of the bench to stand the bench up was also bent. Rubber mallet got it back in to place and she’s running just fine. Solid bench once together. Shipping could be better.
