“Bar starts bowing with just 200 lbs on it and I don’t really like how far the rings are apart. Makes it hard for me to figure out where my hands need to go so I’m balanced good”

“Shipped fast.. Arrived fast. I ordered 10 items and the rubber pads at the bottom of the 12" box jump were broke (3 of the 4 were snapped off and can't be put back on). The rubber slam balls with treads are pretty cheaply made compared to the competition.. Otherwise the vest and bag trainers were good.. and the other 18" and 24" box jumps weren't damaged.”

“Rack didn't come with instructions, instead a sheet that says go to this website type in this code and you will have instructions, no problem except the code given did not bring up any instructions. Went to the product page, and web address did not work either.”

“I ordered a barbell that was on sale for black friday and the price was right, shipping was prompt with secure packaging. The only issue I had was that the bearings in the barbell sleeves were not greased at all.”

“Ehh, it’s ok for the price. Two roller spots were bent pretty good. Front rail was dented and top portion was dented, made it hard to line the screw holes up. Overall not to bad”

“Haven’t opened the box completely as it was a gift for my son for Xmas. The box arrived destroyed on one end and taped up like it had been opened before or damaged during shipping. Not sure how I’m gonna wrap it now, and I can’t find a big enough box to replace it”

“Don’t like the insurance charge you’re making people get with their order. After receiving the Leg extension/curl I think I’m done with Titan. After putting the equipment together, I don’t like it at all. The pad on top is to constricting to get in and out of the machine, for it to work better I’ll have to cut the top pin to allow the top pad to roll higher out of the way and I’m not a big guy. Not user friendly. The padding material won’t allow you to slide in and out of the seat. I watch reviews and based my decision to purchase it, now I should have saved my money for a better more expensive piece. If you want to come and get it I’ll take my money back. Plus stop charging people for insurance! What a ripoff.”

“Missing parts and dinged up. I had to bend back some parts to get the bench together. I understand that you can't control shipping companies. There are fixed threads missing where the seat attaches to the bench. All that being said I do like the bench.”

“Two of the items from my order, the Olympic EZ Curl Barbell and the 1.3" Single Handle Landmine Press looks like they've been previously used. There is dirt, grime, and scuff marks on the curl bar. There appears to be rust inside of the handle landmine press from where a bar appears to have rubbed off the paint. I get that things happen during packaging and transporting, but I don't think what is evident on these products happen as a result of packaging or transporting. I still want the items, but I would appreciate a partial refund for the product since they appear to already have been used. Also, the live chat said that it was getting an agent. After 10+ minutes, no agent.”

“On of the boxes in this order was just thin cardboard that had been torn badly during shipping. I am still waiting on part of an order placed a week prior with no information on it as well, and am in the process of getting a bench swapped out that came to me made incorrectly. I've spent close to $2000 this month with Titan, and I am currently questioning my decision to do so.”

“I bought the T-3 series rack and it seems very sturdy and heavy duty. I just wish the T-3 stabilizer Bar was part of the rack. Seems like kinda a rip off that it’s not included and they want another $74 for something that should be part of the rack in the first place.”
