I really think you should look into switching freight carrier. FedEx Ground apparently has a theft problem. This is the second product I have had to have reshipped because of "lost or stolen". The second product from Titan had a huge hole in the box. Luckily nothing was missing. Your product seems to be of good quality.

I received my shipment however box all broken w scuff marks on bar which didnt make me happy I havent had the time to install not sure if all screws are there. Your shipping packaging should improve so that products survive carriers and arrive to customers intact and new as intended.

Shipping was a nightmare. Took weeks to get delivered. Gave three stars because you do business with FedEx. They had what I bought for 3 to 4 days and kept saying delivery was delayed. This is typical for Fed Ex. Probably won’t order anything anymore because they use FedEx. Did I mention I do not like FedEx?

The bench is great. The shipping box was tore to shreds and the bench pretty much ended up on my porch in loose pieces. Multiple holes in the box, the delivery driver gave me the instructions and welcome card that should have been in the box by hand. The standing bar that runs across the top of the bench to stand the bench up was also bent. Rubber mallet got it back in to place and she’s running just fine. Solid bench once together. Shipping could be better.

This was my first purhase with Titan. The item came quicker than I expected it to and it was what I ordered. My only issue is one of the weight holders was shipped with surface rust on it. I took a picture of both of them and you can clearly see rust on one side. I meant to send it a picture I just got to busy and remembered when I saw this email.

Customer service was informative and was able to fix my issue. The hold times were pretty long. 1.5 hours in total.

I thought I was buying some weight horns for a 3x3 rack, but what showed up was a 2x3. Might be my fault, but would be nice if the website made it a bit more obvious.

Product seems solid. Was very disappointed when there were zero installation instructions. Called support and told to “ find an expert”. Also that if I returned I would pay shipping plus 20% restock fee. Had to go to hardware store to find items needed to install.

Had buyers remorse as the exact rack came on the dent and scratch sale a couple days after purchasing my rack. Over all it’s a good piece of equipment. I would buy from Titan again.

I am very happy with the equipment I received from you. However, I had a customer service situation that causes me concerns for something in the future. I ordered a weight bench. The box came with a hole in it, and three pieces of hardware were missing: two bolts and a washer. I called your customer support and was told I'd have to file an insurance claim. I did and was told they'd contact Titan and get back to me. I ended up buying the bolts at a local hardware store. Based on this experience, if I hadn't been able to find these locally, I am afraid this process would have taken a long time with you. I can understand using insurance if the bench had been destroyed. I wanted my bench put together and I didn't want to have to wait on it. The T-2 squat rack and bar orders were perfect, and I'm very happy with them.

nice and sturdy, but the box was ripped in corners, rack had a few scratches on it. would like to see a little more padding inside to protect from scratches

Back order extended multiple times. Over 8 weeks to receive belt. Belt runs smaller than specs.

I paid for fast shipping and only half my order came in the time promised. Also the preacher bench I purchased had damage on one of the metal legs probably from shipping. I put it together anyway and am using it.

Both of my packages arrived opened. The boxes were not strong enough for the heavy products and broke open. My items were delivered outside of the box with the broken boxes placed next to them on the doorstep. The boxes should be taped better to keep them from opening.
