I like Titan Fitness and have purchased several items from them, including kettlebells, Olympic plates, Olympic bars, hex bars, a hack squat machine and more. In general they provide high quality products at affordable prices (also great shipping options) and that’s what keeps me coming back. Unfortunately, their customer service isn’t great, and when I’ve had issues with products in the past (mostly cosmetic or things that with enough intuition and elbow grease I could fix on my own) I’ve been on my own. I even had to drill new holes to put my hack squat machine together (the holes they drilled were about a centimeter off and wouldn’t connect properly) but they said that wasn’t an issue they could help with and it wouldn’t qualify for a manufacturer defect discount. It’s the little things that make a company great, and for now Titan Fitness continues to be pretty good.

Came in pretty quick but was missing 3 of the weights. I have sent 2 emails about this problem to titan fitness but have not gotten a reply.

I’m really pleased with this dumbbell rack overall—it’s very sturdy and feels like it’s built to last. The design is compact and makes organizing my dumbbells much easier. The only downside is that it arrived with some damage. It wasn’t enough to affect the functionality, but it was a little disappointing to receive it that way brand new. Still, once set up, it does exactly what I needed, and I’m happy with the purchase.

Every experience before this one has been awesome. I was pretty sure I was going to build a full 1000 sqft gym using just Titan equipment. Something was off about the size of the bar/mount hole on this one though.

I recently purchased the leverage squat machine. Delivery was super fast. Equipment arrived in good condition. I love the machine itself, with the exception of the shoulder pads are very uncomfortable. You kind of get used to it, but they need to be better designed. The lever for locking the arms in/out also needs to be better designed as it doesnt hold its place. There is also zero information about the supposed 15 exercises, nor about the weight of the arms if no plates are applied (ie to get an understanding of total weight being squatted. The worst is the parts (ie screws nuts etc) and assembly instructions. Total Fail. The parts are misnumbered so they dont match instructions, and the instructions are absolutely HORRID. They are incomplete and very unclear, or even outright wrong. You would expect that for a piece of equipment costing about 800 bucks that Titan would ensure quality at every level of detail, but no. Thats not the case. So despite liking the machine, i will probably never buy another piece of equipment from Titan. They have to earn my trust by solving such problems. Will they respond to this review ??????

Disappointed in customer care that that’s why I took off two stars. I have many Titan products and just due to customer care I may not purchase anymore.

Titan makes excellent, durable products, but assembly of a newly purchased product is entirely up to your best guess as the customer. I have several Titan products and the only way to figure out how to properly set up the equipment is by looking it up on Youtube. Every product I've bought from Titan comes with the most laughably basic assembly instructions that simply say "assemble the product" with a couple of tiny print diagrams to try to reference. If you can figure out how to actually assemble the product and something doesn't work properly, Titan's response is: "you must have assembled it wrong." NO KIDDING. TELL PEOPLE HOW TO PROPERLY ASSEMBLE THE PRODUCT TO BEGIN WITH. Or at the very minimum, provide some troubleshooting instructions.

setup directions are terrible and calling customer service for product support was worthless because they don’t know a damn thing about the products and just keep telling me to refer to the manual. instructions need to be made much better. the machine itself works okay but the mechanics doesn’t feel as smooth as i would like. the GHD pad area is very shaky when in use also.

The product itself is great except for the fact it can’t be safely adjusted for a person shorter that average. Communication and shipping on the other hand is terrible.

It's a nice machine, but even after I adjust the height all the way, the pad still sits kinda high on me. Its usable but disappointing for sure that it doesn't adjust more for shorter people. I wouldn't have purchased had I known.

So far I have found my leg press machine very difficult to assemble. Especially the torsion spring. I suggest assembling this section prior to shipping. The frustration level for your customers will be much less and satisfaction level from getting to use the machine will be higher.

Guide rods came bent in shipping. Called customer service, they are on back order for a month. I think they reordered them? I can’t be certain, very difficult to understand them on the phone. So I followed up with email. There must be a five day or more delay on them responding. Still waiting. So now I have a lat tower taking up space that I paid for and can’t use for a month…..

This is very nice quality however it is built for tall People I’m 5’5” and I have to stand on my tippy toes for the chest pad to be in the proper spot

Ordered two 60lb urethane dumbbells both shipped separately. One arrived quickly box was pretty beat up but the dumbell was in good shape. Second dumbbell got "delayed" according to UPS, but when I finally got the second dumbbell the shipping label was zip tied to the dumbell handle, along with a sticker on the weight itself. Looks like the dumbbell was throw/rolled everywhere on it's journey to my house. Titan needs to invest in better more durable packaging to protect the consumers investment. Dumbbells and many other weight training equipment is expensive and I don't think people want their investment damaged because the company doesn't invest in strong durable packaging materials.

I love the sturdiness of the product but I would prefer if there were just a few minor adjustments. I would prefer the handles on the leg raise side to be further out on the arms and I wish the back pad was a little bit higher up. When trying to do leg raises I feel a little constricted because the handles and back pad are so close in and it’s not the most comfortable.
