“Well the equipment itself is great and putting it together wasn't very difficult. I am extremely disappointed in the lack clear instructions from this company. I would be giving you all five stars but the way you handle instructions needs to improve. You sent me a piece of paper with a website. Firstly this is 2025 you can afford a QR code. Secondly the website that your piece of paper took me to Is overly complex and when I finally found my machine nothing loaded. I tried other links. Nothing loaded. Perhaps this was just my experience with it however this shouldn't happen. Lastly the instructions you sent me through a PDF when I finally got frustrated and reached out to your customer service were in serious need of improvement. They were more schematic than directions. While I did figure it out I believe that you could easily provide more clear instructions in the box. If paper is an issue, I understand. You could have these instructions printed on the inside of the box. Or you could give us a QR code to the PDF file online.”

“Equipment arrived early, great packaging, easy to assemble with the help of my wife. My workouts have improved greatly and the rack feels sturdy safe with each movement! Definitely will be purchasing more equipment from Titan in the future!”

“Folding rack is very good. Well made of strong materials and very affordable for your average working citizen. Instructions can be made alot better and also wish they offered to sell with stringers or atleast given the option of adding stringers. Also they should leave a lot bit of plate between the rack swivels so when you dial in your up rights it doesn’t need to be so precise when attaching to your stringers. Previous rack was a t3 full power rack and I liked that one so much that I decided to buy the folding version for my new house. They plus was my attachments all fit this rack. Would buy again.”

“It's a nice machine, but even after I adjust the height all the way, the pad still sits kinda high on me. Its usable but disappointing for sure that it doesn't adjust more for shorter people. I wouldn't have purchased had I known.”

“All in all for the price, this is a very good machine. The only thing that I would probably change is, it does need to be a little bit sturdy as when you get heavier weight on it the arms wiggle quite a bit as opposed to some other similar machines that are a little beefier. But as always with Titan this is a good quality machine.”

“I shopped around and compared multiple products. I had height limitations and this rack fit perfectly. It’s very well made and it’s very appreciated that all the same size bolts, nuts, and washers are used with the same configurations - it took less than an hour to assemble. Highly recommended.”

“Great Rack. Heavy-duty frame, everything went together well, and it is highly stable even when lightly loaded. I purchased the Dumbbell Holders for pressing, and those are the same quality and make lifting dumbbells into position much easier and safer..”

“I bought a T2 rack, rackable EZ Bar, weight plate holders,, lat pulldown attachment and bench. Everything has been fantastic. My only regret is the weight plate holders. I have bumper plates on them and the rack is a bit small, so the weights need to sit low so I dont hit them when I am squatting. This prevents me from doing bentover rows in the rack though. The quality of everything is fantastic and the items all arrived way sooners than I had anticiapted. I just bought a couple more things and I am sure Ill do so again.”
