“Greate product for various chest supported rows to target different parts of the back. Good heavy starting weight before adding plates. Quick and easy adjustments. Even though it is only for back work and takes up a good amount of floor space I still recommend it.”

“Love the Titan gym equipment. My 3 car garage is mostly Titan Fitness and some pieces of used equipment from commercial gyms. Our home gym is phenomenal. I started weight training in 1988 and haven’t stopped. Im 6’ 235 pounds at 11-12% body fat and stronger in better shape now at 56 than in my 20’s. I canceled my gym membership 4 years ago after 34 years of gym memberships and love it!”
