“The overall product is nice and solid. The product came with the bulk of the bench already assmebled, and that is why it is not getting 5 stars. The preassembled bench was a pleasant surprise until i realized how poorly it was assembled. I have had to double check all bolts and washers to make sure they were correctly tightened. In addition to that, there was a decent sized spot where paint was removed and rust had formed. Customer service did help out to correct the situation, but in the end a monetary concession was all that was available.”

“The dip bar attachment I purchased showed up fast. I had an issue with the condition of my order and Titan was communicative with options on a resolution so I am happy with their customer service experience. What could be improved is quality control. I should not have received a defective product. It's possible it was a shipping error, so I'm glad that the customer service was willing to be flexible.”

“Titan fitness has commerical grade home gym products which I love. One of their best things is there prices, instead of wasting thousands and thousands their stuff is only a few hundred or thousand for very very good equipment. Its all worth it tho they have very good customer service I definitely recommend”

“After being delivered over a week late, my 6" box was delivered without the necessary screws to assemble. When I enquired about the problem, I was asked to take a picture and fill out a form and await an answer. What was I supposed to take a picture of? Missing screws? The sad part is that the distribution facility is 20 minutes from my home. They could have easily sent me the $3 bag of screws but decided that a formal investigation complete with a picture of something that wasn't delivered was the best approach. I was warned about Titans sub par customer service but I figured how badly could they screw up a box order? Now I know . Buyer beware. I can't imagine ordering a product with many working parts”

“I've had a great experience with Titan Fitness. The ordering process was easy, shipping went smoothly, and the equipment I've received has been solid and well made.
