“I had an ABSOLUTELY horrible experience purchasing 2 "NEW" 45LB Competition bumper plates from Titan Brands. One of the plates was very obviously NOT a "NEW" plate. And when i called customer service and showed Jason photos of this plate, he AGREED the plate didn't look "NEW". My guess is Titan sent me a "scratch and dent" item vs "NEW" Titan's solution was to offer me a 10% discount. This was unacceptable to me.”
