“-Light scuffs from shipping. - Some fasteners are bare minimum but will be "okay ". - Easy assembly and it looks nice. - Overall it does what it's supposed to.”

“I got this apparatus to do the oldtime strongman backlifts as i don't know how to make one and this is pretty close to it. As for the vertical leg raises its a good machine. I would like to see one like this made but specifically for the oldtime strongman lifts with the ability to hold over 1,000lbs instead of only 400lbs. So far its holding at 540lbs but not sure if it will hold 1,000lbs would be great if it did.”

“Hi. This is a great machine, but I had s hell of a time getting to be able to use it. I ordered it and when it arrived the box #2 was for a completely different machine. After calling customer service I had to jump through hoops and send numerous emails and pictures for 3 days to get them to understand what had happened and that it was their fault this had happened. They acted as if I was trying to get something for free when all I wanted was the correct box #2 for the machine I had purchased. I did finally receive the correct box #2. Now they want me to package the wrong parts up, use my time and materials and then drive to FedEx to ship it back, all at my expense. I would at least expect some kind of a discount on my next purchase or something. But no, nothing! This is my 4th Titan machine and I’m not real sure there will be a 5th machine purchased due to this issue.”

“The delivery was very fast, and the equipment itself is great. However, the assembly instructions were difficult to follow. With so many similar screws included, it would have been much more helpful if they had been separated and clearly labeled. Additionally, the equipment arrived with multiple scratches and nicks, making it appear as though it had been previously used. There is no way I believe this item was truly new given the condition of the paint and the visible damage. If I had the time, I would go through the process of requesting a replacement because I did not order used equipment. Unfortunately, the hassle is not worth it for me at this time, but I am very disappointed with the condition in which it arrived.”
