“The overall product is nice and solid. The product came with the bulk of the bench already assmebled, and that is why it is not getting 5 stars. The preassembled bench was a pleasant surprise until i realized how poorly it was assembled. I have had to double check all bolts and washers to make sure they were correctly tightened. In addition to that, there was a decent sized spot where paint was removed and rust had formed. Customer service did help out to correct the situation, but in the end a monetary concession was all that was available.”

“The dip bar attachment I purchased showed up fast. I had an issue with the condition of my order and Titan was communicative with options on a resolution so I am happy with their customer service experience. What could be improved is quality control. I should not have received a defective product. It's possible it was a shipping error, so I'm glad that the customer service was willing to be flexible.”

“I love the machine itself , very smooth and sturdy . Where you guys failed is in your instruction manual to put it together. The manual you sent may be one the worst yet . The print was so small you needed a magnifying glass to read it . Plus the pulley locations are not on the drawings . I also called your help line and the guy that answered was zero help to me . Like i said love the machine but lets try to do better on the instructions!”

“Bench is comfortable and very stable. No wobble. Good value. You should know some portions are sub assembled already so instructions can be confusing but all components were there. Metric. Yes I would recommend.”

“Well built. Shipped fast. My only complaint, I was only sent half the hardware. Had to make a trip to Ace to finish the job and mount the bar to the wall. Package was missing 8 bolts, nuts, washers.”

“First off I just like the Titan brand. I purched used the padded squat bar and love it. Also thinking about the fan bike. But this most resent purchase from Titan was fine. Only hiccup was what I ordered ended up being on backorder and was notified of this until after the purchase. Which wouldnt even be worth mentioning if I didnt have to contact Titan to see why I hadn't received notification of shipment days after placing the order. Might sound picky but a heads up at time of purchase or at least 24 hours after would be good on customer service end. But good quality equipment and good prices specially during a big sale. Would recommend Titan brand to others.”
