“Bench itself is worthy of 5 stars. Super solid. Knock it down a star for packaging of materials. All bolts, nuts, and washers of different sizes were thrown into a single plastic bag with no reference to the label given in the assembly instructions. Wouldn’t have been a problem but there were no less than 9 or 10 different size bolts some within 5mm of each other in length making it difficult to guarantee you used the correct one at first glance. It took longer sorting and counting these than the entire assembly itself.”

“Solid equipment and shipping was very fast. Could use better assembly instructions and the cable for the lat pulldown uses an extender for the 90” height rack, so it limits the travel of the cable. This limits my ability to do side raises. Ill need to find a longer cable.”

“I really like our new piece of equipment. It is for a firehouse. I feel that it is heavy duty enough to handle the abuse we will put it through. My only concern, the platform you stand on has a lip that helps keep you from flipping over when you do back extensions or ab work, the lip does not seem tall enough and there is a brief moment of fear when you start your workout. So far, no one has gotten injured, but that would be my 1 concern.”

“customer service needs to respond back ,i had asked about a week or more ago for a rebate .I had asked for a discount and up coming sale? I was told 10% is all i could get then the next day item went on sale not good.Leg ext leg curl unit. I feel very slighted i want to order more items but feel betrayed guess i’ll look elsewhere also no one responded customer service said they will get back to me not happy!!!”
