“I'm happy with these. The only downside seems to be the supplied screws - a colleague told me to go to the hardware store and get stainless steel screws to use instead of the supplied screws. That has turned out to be a good suggestion. But there were 4 screws in the product as delivered, the screws that hold the 5/8" top to the top plate of the box. And, lo and behold, three of those 4 screws are already stripped on my 16" box, which is the one I use the most. Titan is great about warranty things - they've already sent me a replacement 16" box which I havent' assembled yet, but when I do, I'll be removing those 4 screws and replacing them with stainless steel screws.”

“Titan fitness seems to offer great value for much sought after gym equipment. They make it possible for average consumer to get products comparable to what you would find in a commercial gym for your home. Dealing with the customer service team was easy, although there was some lag in response times and real-time help was difficult. Despite that the customer service team genuinely seems to have the w best interest and willing to work toward agreeable solutions to issues.”

“The X3 is an awesome rack! Just wish the design was a little better for the post contacting the ground on opening and closing. This could be fixed with the swing arm being a 1/4 higher when swinging closed or putting the rack up. So when you want to use the rack swing into place and the post would drop down to the floor. Then when your ready to put the rack away just lift up and swing closed. This small pivot point would clear up alot of trouble and confusion on mounting this rack. As is you have to slightly adjust your mounting point on the wall to make everything open and close smoothly. This is time consuming and on unleve floors this will require a shim. This is my only complaint about this rack. I've watched many YouTube video about this problem and had the same issue. One guy added roller castings to his. Can't imagine it worked for long because the weight would crush the wheels. But hope this helps someone or Titan to make a change.”

“Titan delivers on speed of delivery, affordability and customer service for sure. I will continue to look the Titan for equipment. My one critique is an inconsistency in appearance of the dumbbells. Some say Titan on them and others just say the weight. Why are they all not uniform? This is clearly a minor, more perfectionist critique.”

“I like the rack I purchased for my son. Unfortunately, I didn’t order the right one. He sent me the link for the one he wanted but when it sent it defaulted to the shorter, narrower rack. He was grateful but I could tell he was a little disappointed. I tested the link and when you put in the desired sizes, it defaults to the smaller rack. The rack we have now is fine, but I ordered four plate holders and when you put them on the narrower rack they interfere with his bench press. These are things I learned from using your products. Some could be cured from clearer communication with my son about his Christmas gift but I was trying to surprise him. He never thought there was a chance he’d get it. A statement pointing out that multiple plate holders may interfere with certain lifts, especially on the narrower rack would be appreciated. So far I’m impressed with the quality, but ultimately will be looking to sell the rack to get a bigger rack. I wanted to exchange it, but the shipping costs made that a moot point.”
