“The item was a 40 lb Bulgarian bag...called a " swing " bag.........the price....service....delivery and product are all top not h and I already have 3 workouts under my belt with re bag. Only one problem...the length of the bag makes it impossible to swing the bag between the legs....otherwise a great product.”

“Equipment is good. EZ bar has nicely spaced hand selections. Plates are good quality. Clamps are tough to get on and off, I’m sure that’s just because they are new and need broken in. Nice equipment.”

“This is a great and sturdy power rack!! It arrived quickly in several packages and every component was in good shape. Definitely does what I need it to and I love that I don't have to bolt in it. My one criticism is that assembly was annoying. The instructions aren't very detailed and there are a lot of bolts that look similar but are different and were not consistently labeled within the instructions. It was a little tedious at points but still doable. Overall I definitely recommend this rack as long as you have the patience for assembly!”

“I bought a flat foot rack and a front extension to have more space to store weights and in case things got wobbly. Let this serve as your warning that that extension won't have flat feet on it, so it'll be floating unless you have something to put under it. I got all my parts in eventually in several different boxes. It seemed like the sequence I received the orders in was the worst way possible because I couldn't do much assembly until the third or fourth set of boxes came in. Once I got to assembling things, I realized that there was some hardware missing but I wasn't sure which boxes it would have been missing from because there's nothing on the site that tells you which of the several packages should have which units of hardware and several were still due to come in. I eventually got all the boxes, and I was definitely short a bunch of the 4-5 inch bolts, split washers, and nuts. I just went to The hardware store and picked some up, but all the frustrations with that is what cost the review a star. Other than that, the equipment is solid, sturdy and what I would expect.”

“The quality seems very high for the price. I have two complaints or feedback, one of which you can make good on if you choose. The extension for the T2 (the weight rack) is too close to the barbell rack, meaning I can’t have Olympic plates on the back rack and on the barbell at the same time. This is slightly fixable due to just keeping most of the weight on the bottom or top rack. The thing you can make good on is this: I lost a bolt. It doesn’t seem that ANY extra bolts or screws were included on either the T2 or the extension. The bolt I lost was on the T2. If I can’t find it, I could die if the rack falls on me w 500 lbs on my back. Thank you. If I wasn’t annoyed about this, you would have 5 stars”

“Fast shipping. Very poor directions. Missing a nylon lock nut, #14. Upholstery black button on seat was broken off. Back rest support end cap "T" is damaged. There is a tear under the Seat "J". The pice is good, but not worth the issues. I would have preferred a different bench.”

“I ordered the short wallmount cable tower. I had a problem with some paint chipping and one part was damage, Titan sent me a whole new mechine and allowed me to keep the old one. The second cable tower had the same part damage but I was able to make it work . Titan fitness I would recommend adding more foam to protect the metal on metal contact during shipping. But Titan customer service was outstanding with how they handled the problem I was having . A big thank you to your customer service team .David.”

“Peg that holds weight was damaged on arrival. At some point it popped out of the box and got damaged. Some sort of card board support to thicken the ends of the box would probably prevent shipping damage. Otherwise it fits the rack perfectly and is a good addition to my gym.”

“Order was handled quickly and the adjustable kettlebell arrived in overall good condition. The paint at the seam where the 2 halves come together was chipped all the way around the KB upon opening the box. Overall this doesn’t affect the kettlebell but a little better paint or a different coating may workout better. So far the weights inside have stayed tight and haven’t needed to break the bell mid workout due to the weights working themselves loose.”
