“Bench is great. Only complaint was that packaging was a bit ripped up when received with a few of the parts sticking out.”

“The return process was easy however very expensive to be wrong. I purchased an item I thought would work on my rig. Paid $160 then it didn’t fit so shipping was $100 and the 20% is $35 so I’m getting about $20 back and honestly the return policy would keep me from buying many items from titan”

“Solid apparatus, simple to put together and easy to use hardware and Allen wrench. RUST is the only complaint or I would have given it 5 stars. The non powder coated metal surfaces arrived with a substantial amount of rust. So much so that the threaded portion of the support for the swing arm would not fit through the bushing/bearings and the interior of the wall mount portion was so rusted the support arm nor the retaining pin adjustment screw would not fit in their respective receptacles. Some sanding and wire brushing along with a coating of 3in1 oil and it all worked out. Wish these were manufactured in TN and not just designed there.”

“PWB01 is the most dangerous bench I have used! It unclicks too easy and if you’re not careful it comes out of the notches and you fall with it! I will be replacing this bench with a different brand. Other than that, our home gym is great!”

“Although I feel that the seated leg machine is well priced and does what I expected it to do, it is very difficult entering and existing it. The piece that keeps your legs stable doesn't raise high enough.”
