“The ordering process was very smooth and esay. I ordered over the phone because Titan sent me a promotion for an additional 10% off if I place my order via phone. They did send me the wrong size flip down safeties but I called back and they let me return the wrong ones and order the right ones. My account was credited promptly once I returned them. The customer service process was not the easiest but it worked out in the end. I would order from Titan again.”

“I purchased the Titan T2 rack with lat pull down attachment and was missing the extra short cable's. After talking to customer service (which did take a lot of back and forth conversation) the issue was resolved and the part delivered. The rack is solid as a rock and the lat pull down attachment is working. Thanks Titan 👍”

“I really like the rack. I wish I had the option to not buy the support arms for the pull-up bar because I imagine that could have lowered the price of what I needed. Now I have these two angled support bars that I don’t have the headroom to use.”

“Overall, I’m really happy with my Titan Fitness GHD. I gave it 4 stars mainly due to the shipping experience—while nothing was severely damaged, a couple of pieces arrived with some finish scraped off, and one of the plastic endcaps was broken. Fortunately, Titan’s customer service was great and quickly sent replacement parts, which I really appreciated. I was most concerned about the quality of the pads after reading some mixed reviews, but they completely exceeded my expectations. The pads are firm and supportive, and the covering feels really durable—definitely a high point. Assembly took me about an hour and a half. It wasn’t exactly easy, but not overly difficult either. Just make sure to lay everything out first and pay close attention to the details—it’ll save you some headache. My main critique is the wheels. They’re quite small and don’t roll very well, which makes moving this heavy unit a bit of a chore. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something to note if you’re tight on space or plan to move it often. I also noticed what others have mentioned about the tightness of the footplate area. It’s a snug fit getting in and out, but I’m hoping that’ll ease up a bit with regular use. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I’m really glad I chose this model over other budget GHDs. The design matched the aesthetic I was going for, the build quality was better than expected, and the heavier weight gives me confidence when doing GHD sit-ups and hip/back extensions. It feels solid, stable, and like it’ll last a long time.”

“It’s the least expensive 3x3in rack on the market and you can see that in the details of quality of powder coat, instructions, and fit and finish. That being said, it’s solid and fits all my needs and I’ll probably pass this down through the generations.”

“Good equipment quality built, customer service isn’t very great. Very short with answers and weren’t willing to discount $4 so that I could use my approved financing amount. I was $4 over and they would not help me at all so that sucked. Otherwise good equipment.”

“Well the equipment itself is great and putting it together wasn't very difficult. I am extremely disappointed in the lack clear instructions from this company. I would be giving you all five stars but the way you handle instructions needs to improve. You sent me a piece of paper with a website. Firstly this is 2025 you can afford a QR code. Secondly the website that your piece of paper took me to Is overly complex and when I finally found my machine nothing loaded. I tried other links. Nothing loaded. Perhaps this was just my experience with it however this shouldn't happen. Lastly the instructions you sent me through a PDF when I finally got frustrated and reached out to your customer service were in serious need of improvement. They were more schematic than directions. While I did figure it out I believe that you could easily provide more clear instructions in the box. If paper is an issue, I understand. You could have these instructions printed on the inside of the box. Or you could give us a QR code to the PDF file online.”

“Folding rack is very good. Well made of strong materials and very affordable for your average working citizen. Instructions can be made alot better and also wish they offered to sell with stringers or atleast given the option of adding stringers. Also they should leave a lot bit of plate between the rack swivels so when you dial in your up rights it doesn’t need to be so precise when attaching to your stringers. Previous rack was a t3 full power rack and I liked that one so much that I decided to buy the folding version for my new house. They plus was my attachments all fit this rack. Would buy again.”

“All in all for the price, this is a very good machine. The only thing that I would probably change is, it does need to be a little bit sturdy as when you get heavier weight on it the arms wiggle quite a bit as opposed to some other similar machines that are a little beefier. But as always with Titan this is a good quality machine.”
