“Rack is sturdy and appears to be well built. I didn't like having to search online for instructions, and try to watch a video of it on my phone. Also, there is a discrepency in the instructional video for which bolts to use where in comparison to the viewable PDF.”

“I couldn’t have asked for faster shipping on these Jerk blocks. There was some slight damage to the 15” boxes (the bottoms has some wood broken off) I’m guessing from shipping and transport. But it did not affect the boxes purpose. Great piece of equipment for the price!”

“The order and delivery were great. Love the cable machine I purchased. The reason I can’t give 5 stars is because I keep receiving texts messages about new Titan deals. Have tried to turn them off and even block them but the company just sends them from a different number. It’s so frustrating that it’s making me regret buying from Titan.”

“Great pricing, quality product. Welds look good. Finish is good. Shipping was quick, but the packaging was pretty bad for the log bar. One of the ends was sticking out so it got damaged, but it can fit a plate on it still.”

“Rack is very sturdy and has plenty of room for my 5-50 lb dumbbell set. Unfortunately inside of the box a few off the seperators from rack pieces didn't stay in place which caused a few of the rails to get scratched up. Not a big deal as it will get beat up over time anyways but thats the only reason for 4/5 stars.”

“The product itself is pretty good. The package it came in was not fitted appropriately to the items inside so there were a lot of dings, scratches, and blemishes. I typically don't care too much, but there were so many that it made unboxing a disappointment (rather than excitement). The second thing I've noticed is the uprights don't stand level — mine were racked hard one way. I started over 3 times and it was all the same. So I took a carpenter square to the L-brackets and realized they were at fault.”

“Everything was great. t3 Solid squat stand and bench I ordered. I also orded the 1.25 Pull Up bar. Very Solid. I wish I knew it didnt fit the Squat stand. I was able to make it work by buying 5/8s bolts, washers and nuts. Only 20 bucks at the harware store.”

“The flat bench arrived very quickly but the package was severely damaged and several parts of the bench were cosmetically damaged. I was provided a replacement and it arrived with much less damage, although both benches had insufficient protection to ensure a completely safe delivery. There could be some improvement in how the items are protected during shipping. I am happy with the quality of the bench so I would still recommend the product.”

“I purchased a Titan fan bike. Arrived pretty quickly. Instructions have a misprint in step 2C. It also came with a syringe with some liquid in it that there are no instructions for. Easy to assemble after realizing that a part in step 2C does not exist. Seat position takes some time to dial in. Looking forward to supplementing my training with this bike.”

“Item is nice. Would be nice for the manual code to work with assembly directions. I've ordered a number of items from your store and this has been a recurring issue. The codes usually don't work.”
