“Good selection of products at different price points. Specs were sufficiently detailed to let me identify what would work in my space. Prices bounce around a lot, so I’m always wondering if I got their best price, which isn’t great.”

“The product itself is pretty good. The package it came in was not fitted appropriately to the items inside so there were a lot of dings, scratches, and blemishes. I typically don't care too much, but there were so many that it made unboxing a disappointment (rather than excitement). The second thing I've noticed is the uprights don't stand level — mine were racked hard one way. I started over 3 times and it was all the same. So I took a carpenter square to the L-brackets and realized they were at fault.”

“Everything was great. t3 Solid squat stand and bench I ordered. I also orded the 1.25 Pull Up bar. Very Solid. I wish I knew it didnt fit the Squat stand. I was able to make it work by buying 5/8s bolts, washers and nuts. Only 20 bucks at the harware store.”

“The flat bench arrived very quickly but the package was severely damaged and several parts of the bench were cosmetically damaged. I was provided a replacement and it arrived with much less damage, although both benches had insufficient protection to ensure a completely safe delivery. There could be some improvement in how the items are protected during shipping. I am happy with the quality of the bench so I would still recommend the product.”

“I purchased a Titan fan bike. Arrived pretty quickly. Instructions have a misprint in step 2C. It also came with a syringe with some liquid in it that there are no instructions for. Easy to assemble after realizing that a part in step 2C does not exist. Seat position takes some time to dial in. Looking forward to supplementing my training with this bike.”

“The bar was solid, in good condition and looked and functioned as advertised. It was also a good value for the price. It was understandably shipped oily to prevent corrosion during storage and shipment. However, a quick cleaning with a rag and dish detergent cleaned off the oil easily enough. I would purchase it again.”

“Ordered the shelves wishing to buy the kettlebell tray as well. But I can’t seem to find the proper shelves on the website anymore. Kind of bummed out about that. But I think rogue makes a shelf that fits so I’ll have to buy one of theirs. Sucks because I prefer titan for the price and shipping. If there’s a way to still get them I’d buy a couple.”

“I am very happy with the product. The quality is fantastic and very well constructed. I trust it will hold up for a very long time. That said, I am disappointed with the installation instructions. A full range of measurements would have been extremely helpful. It was also interesting that mounting hardware is not included (I knew this was the case based on the product listing), because once we received it, that seemed like something that should have been included given the hole sizing and no information provided on sizing.”

“The product is great. There is a complete lack of instructions. There were 2 cards that had codes to find manuals on a site. Neither code yielded a manual. I was not able to find a manual at all, which is real wierd. Fortunately I am smart enough and handy enough to get the job done.”

“The rack was constructed well and is really solid. I only gave 4/5 stars because of the complete lack of info about mounting this rack to the wall. I like the rack a lot, but the help for the consumer is pretty poor.”
