“I’ve built my home gym around Titan’s X-3 system, and it has been an excellent investment. The rack feels incredibly solid, while the safety straps and spotter arms give me the confidence to train heavy when lifting alone. The roller J-hooks make positioning the bar quick and effortless, and the plate holders keep everything organized without wasting floor space. What stands out most is how easily every attachment works together, allowing the setup to grow with my training. “Excellent experience all around! Ordering was smooth, and a huge thank you to the R+L Carriers driver, who was incredibly courteous and helpful with the heavy delivery! As a non-handy person, assembling the X3 rack and accessories took just a couple of hours with no power tools and minimal help. The quality completely exceeds my expectations for the price—it is incredibly sturdy and well-made. Very happy customer!”

“Tried to cancel the order within 1h after placing. They said they can’t do it and ship everything over. Reach out to customer service multiple times to get return label but nothing was ever sent. I decide to give up and keep it, then they said compensation will be given, and nothing there as well. Great equipment just terrible customer service”
