I was very excited to receive my order. However, upon opening shipment, we found no instructions and the top cross beam holes were about 1/8-1/4" off so we had to drill the hole out more to make it sit properly. Also, the crossbeam is slanted. However, it's in place and still works. I want to order another one next month but I don't want to pay full price for something that is 100% in order. I hope you understand my frustration. Noone should pay that kind of money and have to fix issues with install. Thank you 👊🏾🥊

The Pull Up bar came with a small amount of paint damage, which I touched up. The long, side-to-side bars are only partly knurled. But the big one: The bars were welded to one end plate so off center that the bolt holes could not be aligned to the supports. I had to drill them out. That is just purely lack of quality control. BTW: Why not make the supports adjustable for varying ceiling height? ...perhaps at additional cost. BTW2: Why do you supply expansion anchors for mounting when almost nobody has masonry ceilings?

Shipping was timely and occurred as scheduled. Box arrived visually defected, opened the product to find all pieces there which was a relief. However, I noticed multiple pieces scratched up and even a large section of powder coat peeled off. I proceeded to put everything together because I needed to clear floor space in my home gym and get dumbbells off of floor. Product went together and functions as expected. The product itself is great, I was underwhelmed by the packing for shipping of the product. If product would have been secured in the packaging better it would have been great. Again, product is great but packaging/protection for shipping is most definitely inferior to others in the fitness industry.

Very Responsive in a timely manner. 5 star. My biggest complaint is selling items that are not in stock and taking the money at the POS and then waiting 2 months for the product. 3 star

Titan needs to step up their packaging. The box was completely destroyed and my bar had a small dent on one end.

I disappointed in the manner my order was split up. I ordered a set of kettlebells-5,10, and 15 pounds. They are being shipped about 2 weeks apart! I am still waiting for the 10lb bell.

I like the product but I tried scanning the qr code to find the instruction manual and it just gave me a list of basically every titan product except the one I bought. So, good product, quick delivery, just need to step up your game in the installation manual department big time.

The heel plate should be an inch deeper because it's easy to slip out when on the up phase of the Roman chair movement. Otherwise it is a very solid piece of equipment.

I have ordered several pieces of equipment in the past couple years. Overall I am happy HOWEVER recently with a Cable Crossover machine it was choppy and I reached out to customer service. I was told to send a video-I did, I was told take photos with a level I did. The photos showed out of level and there was no feedback on the photos just the final suggestion to use a silicone based lubricant- which did work. I also ordered a seated fly machine which exactly like the crossover machine the on- line instructions are HORRIBLE- I had to guess and compare finished product photos and it seems to be working correctly. Repeated poor reviews on this topic. The quality on this equipment is well worth the money just prepare for some frustration if you order any machines.

I bought a shoulder press, I’m happy with the equipment but I couldn’t give 5 stars because it arrived scratched and bent. I was told by customer service to get it fixed and I would be reimbursed.. I decided to beat it into shape so I could assemble it… now it works like it should. I just a little upset that I had to go thru all the trouble myself.

I like the brand and the order was delivered promptly. Unfortunately, one of the items has a deep scratch or gouge on the side. I'm reluctant to order again in the event that I may receive another item with a defective or cosmetic blemish.

Generally like Titan products and ordering from you has been great. That said, you return policy is unnecessarily difficult and by the time you factor in return costs the 20% restocking fee just adds insult to injury. I generally don't make returns but this item didn't work. It was unused and when all is said and done between the return shipping cost + 20% restocking fee im basically paying more than half the cost of the item

I purchased Dip Bars. Great quality. However I made the mistake of thinking that the height of 35 inches would work. Unfortunately I am 6'1 and the height is way too short for proper dips. Rather than starting from a higher position and pushing up I have to lower myself to start a rep. Also the delivery service was very good. I would have confidence in ordering from you again as your other equipment etc. looks to be quality equipment.

Shipping speed and customer service through the checkout process was great! One of the kettlebells arrived with a dent in the handle, but as it does not affect my ability to use them, I did not consider a return or exchange as necessary. Would still buy from this company again!

It’s a good product but it isn’t designed for my T2 rack. Maybe I missed that somewhere in the description. I still may be able to use it.

The sales person was very fast and efficient, but failed to tell us that the 775 pound machine would be dropped at the end of our driveway (in a rain and snow storm). NOT GOOD!! Also, it would be nice to receive a bill of materials so it is easy to see what is ordered and comes with the machine itself.

Didn’t have hardware, tried to call customer service got transferred twice and placed on hold opted for call back and never received call back. Went to hw store and spent $40 on the bolts and washers.
