“The bar feels great and stable. I would prefer a rotating sleeve but these do fine. My only real complaint it the handle grips not being secured to the handles. When moving the bar off the rack to stow, this was a big surprise as one of them just slid off in my hand. Not a big deal, but could easily be glued or screw locked on like bike grips. Highly recommend the bar especially at the price.”
