“Good value for the product. I got the insurance because it is a softer material and not steel. Box was roughed up but product was in good condition. They probably should use a little better packaging but the quality of the bag is good. Very pleased with it.”

“Shipping was super fast. Product came in two separate boxes which was nice, because it made it easier for me to move it to my basement without needing a dolly. Website was very easy to use and prices are good compared to other brands with similar build quality. Prices are higher than you see with bargain brands that you'll find on Amazon but the build quality on those products is noticeably lower than with Titan. I have a machine from Syedee fitness that was quite cheap. It also weighs a fraction of the amount my Titan machine weighs, and that difference in weight is entirely down to the quality of materials. Titan stuff is build with thicker metal and a less plastic than cheaper brands. This means longer life for the product, which is important, and means the machines can reliably handle more weight than cheaper brands, which is critical. I highly recommend Titan Fitness.”

“I was actually pretty blown away by the quality. I was thinking that for the prices I paid, I was taking a big risk, that the prices were too low to have equipment sturdy enough to, for example, support me on a free-standing pull-up unit. But both the bench and power tower I got are sturdy, heavy duty materials that were easy to assemble (the bench did come partially assembled already). I'm only a 150 pound female lifting like 40lbs so they don't have to support much right now, but the materials seem like they'll last me a lifetime, and can defitinitely support a much larger person (both size and weight-wise). And the sleek look! I love plain black materials, no flakey chrome or flashy colors. My equipment is all right in my living room. Thanks!”

“The titan equipment I have purchase has always been top quality. The only thing I will say is that it is designed for the average size male athlete. I am a small framed female and the Leg Press/Hack Squat and Adjustable Bench in particular, are a bit too large for me to use comfortably.”

“The arms work well, but I had to buy smaller pins/bolts because the holes in the arms and rig were about a MM off. The pin that was sent was so tight, it would not go through the holes. I purchased 4 pairs and it was the same for all the arms.”

“I ordered a preacher curl bench from Titan Fitness and received it very quickly in the mail. I assembled the bench pretty quickly and easily with the instrcutions provided and have been using the bench ever since. It looks nice and it seems like it is durable and will meet my needs for a long time. Good service and products!”
