“I’ve spent thousands with Titan and generally liked their equipment, but one machine I bought was unusable from the start. I wasn’t asking for a return, just some recognition as a loyal customer. Instead I was told it was “technically functional” and that nothing could be done. The policy answer was consistent, but it showed me Titan isn’t flexible when a customer’s experience falls short.”

“The better rope is wonderful to work out with I ordered a 40 x 2“ rope. It’s a little long for what I wanna work out with but I’m gonna try to make it work. I wanted to 30 x 2“ but ordered to 40x2” by accident, but it’s OK thank you Titan fitness.”

“TREMENDOUS! The landmine stand is strong, fairly priced and a great addition to my home gym. It has increased my potenial of exercise and enhanced my ability to safely add weight and push my workouts to a higher level. Mabe a n instruction diagram of setting up-BUT- it's not rocket science .... LOL !Wish I had ordered it a long time ago.”

“I bought this product on sale because the retail price is abhorrent… especially for its quality. Never again. This item couldn’t stand up on its own if that was all it was required to do… Let alone HOLD WEIGHT! This product is a serious hazard to the safety of people. Plus, their return policy is outrageous! You mean to tell me I have to pay to ship it back to you because the product was so poorly made? I refuse to have my name associated with a product of such negligence. The cost of shipping to return was TWICE the price of the item itself. AND you have to pay a 20% “restocking fee” !?! This company does whatever they can to differ blame and I will not support TITAN FITNESS.”
