“This review is based on the lack of quick customer service. The lat pulldown bar provided with the machine did not meet the specifications listed on the website. It's 48" inches wide rather than the listed 42". I wish I had enough space where that difference isn't impactful, but I don't. This was the easiest customer service request of all time. I provided a picture of the bar with measuring tape showing it's 48" lenghth, and asked for a replacement that meets the specs. I still haven't heard back. I will not put the machine toghether until this is resolved, and I'm almost at the point where I will simply return the product in its entirety and use legal means for a full refund.”

“Excellent product. The grip is perfect, smooth enough to move in your hand but enough grip to not have any fear of it flying out of your hands. The shipping was also very fast.”

“Not as durable as I was hoping - I use it (2 weeks) - but materials seem low quality and won't last under extreme workouts. Shipping was delayed by UPS several times - no reason given - delivered 13 days after first notification - just to let Titan know their delv partner experience. Packaging was beaten up - no missing components - plastic seleve was cracked unreported.”

“Landmine stand arrived missing a few parts and also a bracket that didn’t fit. Has happened to me before with Titan Fitness. Need better quality control. After telephone calls/emails, the missing/wrong size parts were mailed to me and I completed the assembly. So, be aware that while their prices and shipping are good, there may be issues with the parts for assembly and it can be annoying.”

“So far harder to use than I expected. Perhaps that's because I'm using them on dumbells instead of my barbell. I'll switch when my new Lockjaws loosen up a little. They're fine on the barbell.”
