“The product was purchased through order #1813840262. The two boxes arrived in perfect condition; however, assembling this item was a terrible experience for two main reasons: #1 is the torsion spring, which nearly everyone in the comments section complains about, but someone made a YouTube video that made it a little better. I still suffered a pretty nasty cut because of it. I would recommend you guys make a video similar to this one to help customers https://youtu.be/rZlf_cn0JqI?si=12JGIGdeaBKSz5g_ #2 Two pieces were bent (boxes were in mint condition). I have the tools and know-how, so after a lot of effort, I managed to straighten them back out. I've attached an image from your instructions showing what was bent. It was bent on both sides, essentially crushed. I'm really surprised they made it through your QA. Honestly, this took me longer to assemble than anything I've ever put together. Mainly because the two pieces were bent. If I could go back in time, I probably wouldn't have ordered it, but after a Herculean effort, it's finally assembled. Unfortunately, I don't know if I will ever order another piece of Titan equipment again after many years of being a customer. Best Regards, Jared”

“The ordering process was very smooth and esay. I ordered over the phone because Titan sent me a promotion for an additional 10% off if I place my order via phone. They did send me the wrong size flip down safeties but I called back and they let me return the wrong ones and order the right ones. My account was credited promptly once I returned them. The customer service process was not the easiest but it worked out in the end. I would order from Titan again.”

“I had no prior experiece w Titan & have used Rogue equipment in gyms for years. But when it came time to build a home gym, I just coudn't justify their price PLUS shipping so I took a risk and ordered a whole seteup from Titan. I couldn't be happier with what showed up in the mail. It's extremely solid (I chose the x3 rack) w heavy stainless hardware like you'd expect from any premium brand and they nailed the details as well (ie laser cut logos, stickers, included assembly tools in the box!). Titan's my go-to brand now for building out the rest of the gym!”

I can always depend on the quality of their equipment for myself and my clients. I have contacted customer service a few times, they quickly solved the problem without any issues. I wish every company were like Titan. You don't come across high quailty and outstanding cusomer service very often anymore.”

“This rack fits perfect. It’s good quality. My only suggestion would be making the pull up extenders optional because for low ceilings like mine they won’t fit.”

“Extremely Disappointed – Will Never Buy from Titan Fitness Again! I ordered a lat machine from Titan Fitness. It was not shipped with all of the parts and was missing hardware. When I finally got around to ordering the missing parts, they did not have some of the items in stock but said I could order the parts that they did have in stock so I did that. They presented me with a bill for $241.82 for the literally 4 bolts, 4 nuts, 2 pins, 2 limit rings, 2 metal sleeves and 6 1/2 have inch metal sleeves. Besides the nuts and bolts, we're talking about an additional ounce of metal. A trivial amount of hardware and their charge is $241.82 despite the original order missing these items and me paying approximately $2,000 for the machine. $241 is approximately $15 for each item. As I mentioned in the attached email to Titan, "I expected them for free as a courtesy for being a Titan customer." Titan's reply from Preston Chapman, Parts Sales Specialist of Titan Fitness Support, was "You can try to get them at a hardware store or elsewhere, if that works better." Very disappointing – I would not recommend Titan Fitness to anyone.”
