“I’m in the process of returning my first purchase. I bout an item that was the wrong size to fit my current setup. The description on the website was vague at best. Unfortunately I have to pay to ship it back which is reasonable but the 20% restocking fee for something unused and still in its original packaging is ridiculous. I won’t be buying from Titan again.”

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund for up to 30 days after your order has been delivered, provided it is unused, in the original packaging, and in new condition. Fast forward to today and I have slowly built my garage around the impressive offerings from Titan.
