“I called because I could not put the 10% off code in to complete my purchase. The person on the other side of the phone. You can not have a double discount. I understand but he explained the reason with no energy or excitement for me buy this product. It may not sound like much but Titan is receiving a new customer you want that person to feel special. Your shipping is horrendous. All my friends that order from Titan always tell me to think twice before ordering. I found out the hard way. I wanted to be there when it came so I took the time out of my day to be there. I waited all day and wasted a beautiful day because it kept saying out for delivery finally the delivery was canceled by fedex.”

“I am very happy with the new bench. It’s well made and does everything I need. The customer service is AWESOME! When I received the bench a small rubber cap had been damaged in shipping. I called Titan the next day. They immediately responded with an email with instructions on how to proceed. I filed the claim has instructed and in less than 24 hours I received an email my replacement had shipped. Three days after my initial call I received no the part that was damage but an entire new bench. I again called Titan to find out if there had been a mistake as I was only looking to get the part. Nope it wasn’t a mistake! Any company that stands behind their products to this level and responds so quickly gets my business!! Great job Titan!!!”

“This was our family’s first purchase from Titan Fitness. We ordered several products during their Labor Day sale. We were pleasantly surprised to find the items shipped earlier than expected. In addition, we were very impressed with the quality of all the items when they arrived. Titan Fitness will be our go-to for any new equipment in our home gym. Thanks Titan!”

“I placed two orders, but unfortunately, I entered the wrong shipping address. I contacted customer service multiple times to see if it was possible to stop the shipment, but they informed me it was too late. At no point did the representative I spoke with mention the possibility of changing the shipping address. Had I known it could be done, I would have changed it and paid any additional fees. When I found out from another source that this was possible and asked the representative, it was already too late; the package had already been delivered to the incorrect address. As a result, I never had the pleasure to use these bars bcause the address could not be changed in time. I would really like to use these bars at some point so I can enjoy their benefits. I hope I can win the 500 usd bonus so i can enjoy these bars”

“Titan has been good to me for the most part. There have been more and more slipups over the years, though. At least 1 item in every order has had an issue and while the support is accommodating, I would rather just have better quality control. Pieces have come bent, scratched, or otherwise unusable, and I even got an entire box of rods for a single pulley system I ordered.”
