“I recently added this Titan X3 lat pulldown attachment to my X3 Flatfoot rack (yes, it will attach to the flat foot with slight modifications). It has become an essential piece of equipment. It's very stable, allowing me to push my limits with confidence. I upgraded the plastic pulleys that it came with to aluminum, although the plastic ones are just fine. The aluminum pulleys allow for smoother pulls, ensuring consistent resistance. This lat tower is versatile, offering both high and low pulling points. As such, it supports a wide range of exercises beyond lat pulldowns, such as tricep pushdowns and seated rows, all while fitting perfectly inside the power rack. I highly recommend this lat pulldown tower to anyone serious about enhancing their workouts. It's durable and functional and has significantly elevated my training regimen!”

“First hack squat/ leg press machine I have had. Love it so far. I would like to see wider foot plates. Adjustable safety stops, larger and longer shoulder pads, and more stable rack/unlock rails as they vibrate and fall during use, and band pegs.”
