“Great company, very prompt and responsive. They have good customer service. Some of the stuff is machined a bit rough but they are always willing to fix it and send replacements. I have a home gym and I have populated it with their equipment. I am a loyal customer.”

“230lb Economy Bumper Plates. This was my second set of these plates purchased. Loved them so much that when I was looking to add more weight, these were my first choice. Solidly built, no issues with colors fading or wearing off, their texture makes them easy to pick up and move around without slipping out of your hand, etc. Only thing I would change would be to lower the price. I mean, who doesn’t love purchasing high quality stuff for less money!”

“I have purchased sevearl Titan products and have been very satisfied with all of them. It's not much of a "complaint" but IF I had one thing that may even come close to that would be with the last purchase I made. I ordered the Plate Loaded Functional Trainer the same day to be shipped to the same address and it was shipped from the same fulfuilment center, however, it was shipped in separate boxes on different days on two different trucks and arrived a couple days from one another. Needless to say, I had to wait for all the separate shipments to arrive before I could assemble it for use. That part made absolutely no sense to me and could not have been cost efficient for Titan, even though the shipping was free for me. That's about the only negative thing I could say that they may need to consider improving.”

“Everything with Titan Fitness was great. Easy buying experience, fast delivery. The item ordered is working great but arrived in a condition cosmetically that I was not terribly pleased with. But I would purchase from Titan Fitness again.”
