“Guide rods came bent in shipping. Called customer service, they are on back order for a month. I think they reordered them? I can’t be certain, very difficult to understand them on the phone. So I followed up with email. There must be a five day or more delay on them responding. Still waiting. So now I have a lat tower taking up space that I paid for and can’t use for a month…..”

“I have a lot of injuries, scar tissue, and inflammation issues. Trying to do dumbbell exercises turned out to be too difficult for those reasons and more. Wanted something I could do sitting or standing. So many functional trainers have weight plates at 10 lb. Even a 2:1 ratio put the weight at 5 lb. I just wanted to do exercises with little to no weight, because that's all I can do sometimes. Rarely can I go up 5 lb at a time on exercises. Try 2.5 or less. The wall mounted pulley looked just right for me. Doesn't take up much space. Move the handles low or high. Now I can do physical therapy recommended dumbbell exercises for my shoulders and back standing up. No bending over with inflammation rush to my head making me want to fall down. I chose the tall model because I am over 6 ft tall. It's worked out well for my height. I can use it with no weight. Unsure how much the weight plate holder weighs on this machine. It's enough that my muscles work with 0 lb added in many exercises. For other exercises, I put on a couple 2.5 lb plates and that's it for me right now. Had a Total Gym XLS from years ago. Always hurt myself in injured places over time. Board was too short for me at a height over 6 ft. Always pulled on my scar tissue area with any exercise. Just ended up in injury over time. Frustrated a lot. With the Titan pulley product, I can do most of the Total Gym exercises standing, sitting, kneeling on the floor. The Total Gym didn't work well for me with any leg exercises. Always got knee discomfort except for one attachment. When I have enough space, I will be looking at Titan's leg machines so I can use little to no weight to work my legs. That's another time. The pulley tower is a life saver for me. I may never get to any significant weight for many exercises. Doctors figured I'd be less than 5 lb for life. My muscles are already reshaping after a week, I stand up straighter, I have less neck / head fatigue pulling weeds and doing yardwork. It's easier to move around in my own body. Can go longer with trimmer and mower in yard work. Just simply able to do more. Titan customer service was very helpful with a defective part. I couldn't get the pulley on one piece because the weld made one side bend in aggressively. Titan shipped out a replacement. A few days later, arrived. Assembled machine. My dad helped mount it to the wall (he has all kinds of screws and the like). I put this near my entry door. It's an ever present reminder to do something, anything, on a regular basis. I really like it. Some of the rubber parts had a strong odor. Went down in hot summer sunlight. Still a bit much for me and I got impatient. So I just wrapped those in foil tape (like the rubber stopper the weight carriage rests on) and called it done. Silicone lubricant helps a lot for the weight carriage post. In excitement to try out, forgot to put that on. Wondered why felt less smooth than expected. Put on the lubricant and cleared up. So, definitely remember to lubricate it before first use. I had to move some washers around to the insides of some pulley holders to keep the pulleys from rubbing on the metal holders right where the handles go on the machine. Didn't take long. Solved the rubbing sound and feel. If you run into that issue, buy some more washers, put them on the inside next to the pulley and that ought to stop that. Minor stuff. When you can't bend over for gravity to work with dumbbells, it's really frustrating and difficult. These pulley machines let you do those exercises without bending over. This one saves space, is easy to operate, and you can put whatever weight on it you want. Individual parts are light enough during setup that one person can put it all together. Probably want two during mounting so can get it lined up exactly the way you want. I did the pulleys and cabling myself. Probably easier with two people. Took me a minute looking at upper and lower cable routes to figure out how to weave the cable through all the pulleys. Once you get a handle on how it goes, putting that together is fairly easy. Unless you drop a washer, like I did, and have to go find it after bouncing off the floor to who knows where. The part that holds the handles can move a little up / down with some exercises. I don't even feel it, just hear it when that does occur. I may put another washer in there to prevent that. For $300, I'm glad I got this. For those of you worrying about washers or noise or all that, washers are not a big deal or a big cost item. Titan makes higher end functional trainers. I didn't have the space. Wasn't sure if these types of machines would work for me. Really happy with this one. This product is opening up a world of physical activity for me and it's only $300. I simply love the Titan Wall mounted pulley tower. It's just waiting for me as I come in or out the door. I'm so glad I put it there. If it had an upgraded aluminum pulley option I'd get that. Doing exercises, eyes get drawn to the pulleys. Those on the fancier models would be fun to watch go round and round.”

“Great machine and well made. Very easy to put together. Instructions are on par with their other equipment. Titan was great about delivery process. Bar is smooth along the rails. Has counter-balance built if you want the bar a little lighter. Only complaint if I had to make one is that the rear upper support bar is low making clearance if your over 5’ 9” challenging while entering/exiting machine.”
