“Received bench. Happy with the bench and the quality. The bench itself was damaged. Waiting to hear about replacement part to be completely satisfied”

“After already spending at least $5000 with Titan, I received the worst customer service from any company in my life. It was their screw up and it took them almost 2 weeks to figure it out. I was told I could return the product for a refund. Keep in mind this was a couple hundred pounds and pieces up to 91" in length. I asked them if they could send me boxes to help me since this was their mistake They said they don't do that and told me that I should drive around to different businesses and ask for free boxes. I was asked how they could make this better. Since I already had the $500 equipment that wasn't compatible with my current equipment I asked that instead of me shipping all of it back, I keep it since its not even in new condition now for them to resell it, and they sell me the equipment it's compatible with at a good discount. I was told all they could.give me was 10% off. Which, when you go to their website, they give to everyone already. I was upset and dumbfounded. My customer service person was just horrible. There is no way they should be dealing with customers.”

“Product was super easy to put together and works well. I don’t like that it came with a new crossbar for the top of the rig. I feel that it should have been able to bolt to the existing bar, firstly for ease of installation, secondly the original crossbar is much sturdier, and thirdly for the reduction of material and cost of the overall unit. All in all, a good quality product”

“The bumper plates are great. I will be ordering another set soon. My only gripe is the packaging was beat to hell and the shipping company just threw it around it seems. The first one came fine but the second one the packaging was thrashed.”

“Great company with reasonably priced workout equipment. I have 4 Titan pieces in my garage gym and the functionality is awsome. I just got the Lat Pulldown/low row with the three hundered pound stack. After putting it together I had an issue with one of the suports brackets. Customer support was great and they got a new bracket shipped out right away! The lat pulldown is commercial gym quality and a must for a garage/home gym! I highly recomend this company!”

“I’ve had my eye on several weighted vests for some time. However the reviews for the cheaper ones off Amazon made me dig a bit deeper. After seeing what was available on Titan’s website, and considering the value for the purchase, I followed through and bought their vest. Delivery was made sooner than expected and I have been sweating with that vest on ever since! Highly recommend.”

“Everything went great. Titan has very fast shipping, but I like the fact they keep you up to date on the arrival. The package was very well packed and the weighted vest is perfect. If you want one I would highly recommend getting it from Titan Fitness.”
