“Hello, My name is Matthew Schoonewolff. This is my first time purchasing from Titan. I had purchased a T-3 Rack 24" by 91". One of the uprights shipped to me was sticking out of one of the boxes and the paint on the end was scraped off because of it. I'm upset at the fact that I paid full price for this rack and one of the components comes to me already damaged and worn. The paint and metal was scraped clean off and the part of the upright sticking out suffered damage from being hit by other items during transit. As of the past week since recieving this I've been going back and forth with customer service trying to get a replacement. If they want the damaged upright sent back, I have no problem with that, but I refuse to have to pay for return shipping and label due to an issue that is the fault of TITAN.”

“My experience with Titan Fitness has been great. I used to lift regularly and wanted to get back into it but didn't want to join a gym again. I am limited in my space, I have a finished basement with 8 foot ceilings and the room I is fairly small and contains a rower and treadmill already. Titan's folding power racks were a perfect option and fit my budget.”

“I have been training for the last 30 plus years, mainly powerlifting, however, dabbled a bit in strongman and CrossFit. Up until this past year I trained in commercial gyms, however, now I train in my garage. Since doing so I have purchased products from Titan, including but not limited to the bicep curl machine, tricep dip machine, lat pull down machine and various bars. Most recently I purchased the Titan T-2 cage. My experience with Titan has been outstanding. The prices are more than reasonable, quality is top notch, and delivery time is on point. I couldn’t be any happier.”
