“I feel this product is the best ez curl grip angles diameter and knurling, with a very good finish and overall appearance. Wouldn't hesitate to order more in different weights. Shipping was very fast and without issue.”

“Nice heavy duty bench but not as advertised. I wanted something with wheels that I could move to use with a cable crossover machine and also use alone with free weights. In the description it says it has rear wheels for easy mobility but after hiring someone to assemble for me I found out that there are no wheels at all. Some of the bolts would not attach completely as well.”

“Adjustable kettlebell is tightened too hard, cannot open it with the provided wrench.”

Helpful Report

Posted 10 months ago

Hi! Thank you for letting us know, and we’re sorry for the trouble you’re having. Sometimes the adjustable kettlebell can be tightened more than intended during shipping. Please try applying steady pressure while securing the bell firmly on the ground, or using a longer-handled wrench for extra leverage if available. If you’re still unable to loosen it, please reach out to our support team and we’ll be happy to assist further or arrange a replacement if needed. We want to make sure you’re able to use your kettlebell safely and comfortably.
