“Takes thinking out of the equation. Adjust the back pad properly and good to go. I use it to create extra burn right after a set of weighted squats and also in between sets on off leg days. Easy to get parallel or lower with no strain on the knees and back. Assembly was a snap and its heavy duty quality constructed.”
