“I was nervous when I was orrignally doing my research into which brand to purchase from. Any review from 3-6years ago really highlights how far this company has come. They have improved on every part of their operation. Im so happy with my purchase. The colour is great ans the welds are perfect. The only very minor issue is a tiny amount of black paint flecking off one of the welds in the corner. Its so minor though, I dont think it warrantes loosing a star. Shipping was quick and everything was really well packaged.”

“The Plate Loaded Functional Trainer looks solid and functional, which makes it a huge disappointment that I can't use it. Upon building the product I was 2 hours into building it when I realized I was missing SEVETEEN PARTS. This is unacceptable. I have tried being patient for weeks, but customer service is so incompetent. Since reporting the issue I have received a couple of the parts I'm missing, and a SLEW of parts that I already had. They keep sending the wrong parts even after giving the exact part numbers I need. Today I received one the most important parts I'm missing, one of the sliding frames (I'm still missing the other), and it was MISSING THE HOLDING PIN, making is useless. I feel completely hopeless and now I'm out almost a $1000. If this is never fixed I will never order from this company again.”

“I am actually surprised how well built this is for his cheap as I paid. Almost paid twice the price and then some for anothwr brand. The free shipping sealed the deal. Ended up buying this machine and a bunch of other cool muscle gadgets. Love Titan!”

“Two holes were not drilled out properly, not allowing the bolts to go in. It took me about an hour and a half with a half inch steel drill bit to open the holes to allow the bolt to go through. After that the product was very sturdy other than a bit of wobble I the foot plate. But if the didn't happen I would have given it 4 starts.”

“Ordered two 60lb urethane dumbbells both shipped separately. One arrived quickly box was pretty beat up but the dumbell was in good shape. Second dumbbell got "delayed" according to UPS, but when I finally got the second dumbbell the shipping label was zip tied to the dumbell handle, along with a sticker on the weight itself. Looks like the dumbbell was throw/rolled everywhere on it's journey to my house. Titan needs to invest in better more durable packaging to protect the consumers investment. Dumbbells and many other weight training equipment is expensive and I don't think people want their investment damaged because the company doesn't invest in strong durable packaging materials.”

“Excellent quality machine , it works great and is very smooth. Assembling it was a little tricky as mine didn't come with instructions. I just went on line and looked at pictures of it and that helped. Overall I'm very happy with it, it's compact works great and at a great price point.”

“We bought the T3 rack because our old bench press set up was 20+years old. It was not stable enough for the weight amounts that we are lifting now. Our kids lift, and their friends are over often, and it was not safe. We did our research and found that the Titan T3 has great ratings, price point and value, and it is a very solid platform. As a parent I feel very confident that the stability of the Titan T3 is much safer for my kids, and their friends safety. There’s a bunch of upgrades that can be added on to the T3, and the bolt on lat pull down attachment is next on our list of add-ons! The finish and welds are excellent on this rack. Very satisfied with the Titan T3!”
