“Quality of this weight vest seems excellent. Adjustable weights and good shoulder strap padding. If you’re unsure in deciding the weight of the vest you want, I would advise sizing up. That way you can remove weights to reduce the weight of the vest. That’s cheaper than having to buy new weights to make the vest heavier. I bought the 30lb vest. Wish I purchased the 40lb.”
