“The weighted vest is nicely made and it fits great, at least it fits me well. I have started with 20lbs. This was a good investment!”

“Overall, nice looking plyo box and gets the job done. The wood itself is not the best quality, as when putting together, the wood tears apart the plywood layers making it really difficult to put together evenly so that it actually doesn’t wobble. Had a few scratches and wood chips, so not the best packed either. Wouldn’t expect this from buying new.”

“My experience so far with Titan has been excellent. They clearly care about making even small customers like myself happy. The adjustable bell works fine. I will pick up some thread tightener for the inner nut but the outer shell has no give or wobble at all.”

“Titan has a broad selection of reasonably priced home equipment. Responses to questions can take a little longer than desired and may be unsatisfactory, but they are a solid option in the equipment space. One of my orders had some shipping damage and Titan offered a fair solution. I will continue to explore their products and look forward to how they continue to innovate.”

“Quality has gone way up in the past 2-3 years. Happy with each purchase with exception of a dip bar for the T-2 frame (still usable, just not *completely* even - a quality thing). Titan is competitve with other major brands + 'very positive'.”

“I recently ordered a safety squat bar. When the product arrived at my house it’s missing parts which are the 2 handles. I immediately called product support. We exchanged emails about the missing parts I send pictures and made it clear about the parts that are missing. Then after almost a week of waiting for the replacement part they sent me the wrong PART. And I was placed on hold for an hour when I called them. All in all I will rate my first customer experience as very BAD!!”
