“Titan is great and has consistently made improvements over the years, making them more competitive with companies like Rep and Rogue. However, with the equipment I have purchased from Titan over the years, there is always something small that is not right.”

“My children love this product. I have two boys who play high level of hickey and a daughter who does gymnastics and love to run with the sled up hills. The change able spacers to put different plates of weights is very nice!”

“Not very happy with your return policy. A 20% restocking fee on top of having to pay for shipping to return. Not only that, you do not provide a printable professional return label. I should have ordered through Amazon. Very disappointed in your overall very inconvenient service unfortunately.”

“I love the power rack. It fits perfectly in my home gym, which has limited room and low ceilings. My only complaint with Titan is that I need to return the Olympic barbell and exchange for a different one, and it costs a fortune to ship it back (more than the item itself), so now I am stuck with it. The company didn’t provide an alternative.”

“Attempted a return that fell within the companies return guideline and was ignored. Very horrible customer service. Products are decent. Buyers should be aware the company is shady.”

“Boxes work well, however the stitching on the Velcro pieces were not seen on tight. It's not even been 2 months yet and some Velcro pieces stitched on are already coming off. I expect better quality for the price of these!”
